A&H installed a new furnace in the condo I recently purchased in November of last year. Less than 6 months later, it has malfunctioned. I called to make an appointment and the lady was very friendly. We had a two hour window, from 3-5pm. At 4:45 the tech called and said he was leaving Erie. We live in Thornton and by 6:15 he still had not arrived. I called their dispatch and she said he was on the way, but would call and find out exactly where he was. Never heard back from her. So at 6:30 I called back and cancelled my appointment. I left work early, to ensure I was there on time for the tech
