This company did our new home hvac system and it has never worked right from day one. i have afew bedrooms with 0 air flow out of some floor registers and they refuse to come look at the situation. i had a different installer do my condenser outside and they are persistent on blaming everything on him. they made a appointment to come out the 1st time and disconnected a wire to make it look like the condenser was low of refrigerate. my guy fixed it ran a air flow test on all registers and told me to get them back asap to fix either the ducting or the return air because the furnace is pulsing and

I had an amazing experience with Chaps. Our technician L.J. was the friendliest, most helpful person I've worked on any service project with. He deserves a bonus. He explained to me and showed me the issue, gave me a couple of options and got us back up and running in under 30 mins. He also gave me some pointers on a couple things I can do better on to extend the life of our AC. The price was extremely reasonable and he was very honest and showed a genuine interest in not doing any unnecessary work and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely turn to Chaps
