We use basic Martial Arts training to build foundation in Taekwondo, while working on memory building, gross motor skills, cognitive developmental skills, social skills (like leadership and peer modeling), and emotional skills.We use intermediate Martial Arts training to build resilience; competence, confidence, connection, character, contribution, coping, and control.

My Son started martial arts through online, I have little doubt how they will teach through online, but they are doing really wonderful job. My son started showing interest. Master Nile makes sure he engages all the kids During class. I tried their on-site for one time last month, master over their are not touching kids to show the right position for the kicks. I think they should not hesitate as things with COVID 19 are improving.

My two kids ages 4 and 7 have been going to Mach for the past 2 months and love it. They look forward to their classes and I've noticed an improvement on their focussing skills and ability to follow directions. They also let you make up for missed classes which is a plus. I highly recommend Mach Martial Arts.

My daughter has been training with Master Phil and Master Spencer for most of this past year. I have been incredibly impressed with this organization. They are really patient with the kids, making the lessons interesting and fun and also impressing wonderful values like respect and self confidence. My daughter is as excited today as she was her first lesson. They have a great leadership program that allows the more experienced students assist and they also bring the same calm, patient energy to the classes. The kids have great role models to look up to. We are so glad that we found Mach.

My son tried the one month free trial and he LOVES the class. Very professional and energetic instructor! The staffs are friendly and the school atmosphere is GREAT! I can tell that all the kids enjoy the class and they are trained to be more discipline. My son generally does not like sport, he got lot of encouragement from them and he loves to go there! Will recommend this school to other parents!

I was looking for martial arts classes for my daughter and I found Mach Martial Arts by chance. I was afraid that 30 minutes 2 times per week is not enough to make a progress, but I was mistaken.
They do provide strong physical exercise as long as mental and behavioral education.
My daughter started to exercise at home by herself, because she likes it very much.
Location and facility are very good, the staff is friendly and good at teaching. I do recommend this place to everyone who's looking for developing opportunities for their kids!

I really wanted my son to start learning martial arts at a place which had great energy and a kid friendly atmosphere. MACH martial arts is just that. Really thankful that they give you a free trial so that you can get comfortable and easily decide whether it's for your kid or not. Looks like my son will have a great time here!

I heard Mach Martial Arts from my friend. My friend's kid got black belt at Mach Martial Arts. Now Mach Martial Arts provide one month free trial class. My 4 year old son has been attended the trail class. Great environment. The instructors are friendly and give a lot of encouragement to my son. My son likes to attend the class and very enjoy it. We will continue the lesson after the trial period. I highly recommend Mach Martial Arts!

My shy five year old started taewkondo about a few weeks ago and he wouldn't miss class for anything. He has so much fun and I love to see how quickly he is learning. The instructors at Mach Martial Arts are strict, but very nice and kind to each of the children. The facility is spacious and clean, we love it! We would definitely recommend this martial arts school to friends and other parents!

My six years old son is enrolled in the little tiger session. He really likes it and has fun in the class.
The teachers are very nice and good at inspiring the students. They not only teach students the techniques but also the spirit of martial.
The studio is also spacious and clean. They also are very flexible on the the make up classes which is convenient for parents. Highly recommended!

After a few trial classes at Mach, we decided to sign up our 4 year old in TKD. We had been 'shopping' around various other martial arts schools and Mach was the only school that really seemed to understand how to work with and teach TKD to toddlers. A few other places were too strict and it wasn't fun for our toddler to go, if anything it made it a chore to go to class and a little intimidating for him. My sons have been going there for almost 5 years. They absolutely loves it. Everyone there are so nice and very patient with the kids. They use very motivating and exciting ways to teach. Taekwondo is really helping them to be more confident. They also pretty good teaching discipline to them and reward for their good behavior at home. My friend recommended MACH Martial Arts to me. They are having a one month free trial now. It will be a good opportunity for my boys to try if they like it. Before we head out to MACH to check out, I asked them if they would like to try out. My 10 years old boy said OK but my 12 years old said NO! We went to check out anyway. After observing the class for a while, both of them changed their mind. My younger one changed from OK to Excited! My older one changed from NO to "I can try".

I wasn't sure what to expect and my kids were a little anxious about taking lessons. Let's just say we are off to a fantastic start. The teachers, and especially Mr. Phil, our incredible with children. This is very different from the taekwondo that I grew up taking where it was extremely strict, intense, and not about fun (perhaps why I quit?)
The lessons here are incredibly fun, yet at the same time structured and disciplined and informative. All the kids seems like they were having a blast and my kids immediately enjoyed

We just started at Mach and so far so good! The environment is a good mix of fun and discipline. I like that the kids are learning different forms and skills each week, and I also like that the instructors show the students how to be respectful and supportive of one another. My son looks forward to going to Mach which is the most important piece in my book!

My son Nick and daughter Becca started training at Mach Martial Arts when they were 5 and 6. Nick has continued on to make second degree black belt and has become a Jr Instructor. Going for master. I started with the adult program over 6 years ago and have my 1st degree and continue to train with both my kids to this day. The Ahn family is amazing offering a very well rounded and fun program the likes of which I have not seen elsewhere. Mind body spirit....a full package. All three schools are terrific. 5 stars across the board.

I can't say enough good things about Master Sung and Mach's Tae Kwon Do. My son has been enrolled there for nearly a year now and it's been the perfect balance of discipline and fun for him. Master Sung is really gifted at dealing with the kids. My son's class has a bunch of precocious 4-7 year-olds and he has a ton of fun with them and also teaches them the respect and discipline that comes with learning Tae Kwon Do. I've spoken with other parents who've been at other martial arts studios and had bad experiences because the teaching style was too harsh on the

My son has been attending Mach Martial Arts in Dublin for a couple of years now and loves it! When choosing the school, not only did I look for competitive pricing, but also a more laid-back atmosphere.
