Our lead instructor has taught around the world focusing on Krav Maga and Brazilian/Gracie Jiu Jitsu but also experienced in Muay Thai, Judo, and other Mixed Martial Arts. He also has served in the USMC and spent many years traveling and training other cultures and diverse military groups. We are backed by many reputable associations and strive to maintain a tight community of students.

We have consolidated a really effective training program for both stand up striking and grappling into one evening a week with a hard core fitness portion. Jiu Jitsu is the newest evolution in martial arts and grappling. Because of the advanced techniques and battle tested experience, all martial arts are stealing techniques from Jiu Jitsu to complement and fill in the gaps of their own self defense programs.
