Had my unit looked at
Repair man didn't wear a mask, joked and told me to use my fireplace for heat. I can't we have no propane hooked up to it, we barely bought our home. Gave me an estimate on repair of around 300.00 for part and labor. That's about right since it's a 150.00—170.00 part. Waited for them to call back and let me know how long I will be without heat for part to get ordered. Had to call and leave message. They finally called and said it's an expensive part and said it would cost almost 800.00 $ that's not what they told me at first. The whole unit new is 900.00 they lied and tripled

We appreciate the courteous and capable technicians from PACE who perform preventive maintenance on our ductless mini-split units. Carson was our tech today, and he was thorough and upbeat (despite having just come from a previous job that took twice as long as expected). So far we have not needed any repairs, but, if and when the time comes, PACE is the company we will call.

In 2019 we purchased a furnace and AC upgrade for a failing system that our older home had for decades. Pace provided numerous options to meet our heating and financial needs. Installation was lead by Adam and he conducted himself in an amazing professional manner and answered all our questions. His quality of work inside and outside the home was top notch. A year later during a service, Joe was professional also and did a great job ensuring our investment was being well maintained by Pace and ourselves. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
