I've been involved in the HVAC industry for over 13 years, learning and practicing in both residential and commercial settings. In 2015 I decided it was time to pursue my goal of starting my own heating and air company that maintained the values of honesty, integrity, and doing the job well.

We had to replace our HVAC system, so I got estimates from several companies. Jay explained the options very clearly and gave us a far better quote than the heavily marketed HVAC companies. When our equipment arrived we set up an installation date, and he and his crew showed up exactly on time. They hauled away the old system and left the HVAC space in our home looking immaculate. Everything is working perfectly, and we are very happy customers!

Jay, the owner, just came out. SUPER PROFESSIONAL! Diagnosed and fixed our heat pump's issue in just about an hour! He also made suggestions for the future that will optimize our system for ultimate comfort, especially given the fact it's been oddly colder and oddly warmer the last couple of years. I told Jay, "Seriously, you're like Santa Claus, man."

I believe that a responsive business owner usually does excellent work. I had a very positive experience with Jay, even though we never met until the installation day. He was very responsive and patient with me for probably 50+ text messages and questions. He did not push me even though I asked him to wait for a couple of weeks while receiving quotes from other vendors. The installation went very smoothly. Both the installer and the electrician were respectful. I will be reaching out to him for any HVAC needs.

Jay and Ben’s professionalism, quality and value are second to none. I recently had both a new furnace and ac unit installed. Jay was very professional and immediately returned any phone calls or texts I sent his way. They delivered the product and value they quoted me on as well. This is our 2nd Daikin AC/Heat system. The 1st install was the Daikin 4 zone system from a few months ago. We loved it so much, we had Jay, Ben and electrician John install the 2nd Daikin AC/Heat 1 zone system in our den today. The professionalism, workmanship and attention is above and beyond the call of duty. Jay and his team have raised the bar for their industry and are TOTALLY AWESOME.

Me and my husband have been impressed with this company. Super quick estimates and very reasonable prices. They installed AC at our last house a few years ago and did a phenomenal job. It has been 3 1/2 years since Jay and Matt helped us swap out our old broken HVAC unit and got us up and running a DAY before we had seriously BAD air quality AND 100 plus degree temperatures which as you can imagine would have had us closing all the windows and suffering inside from the heat. More importantly, our son's birthday party was 2 days away and was about to be cancelled 'cause there was no way to have guests inside the house in that HOT condition. You talk about savior?! JAY was our savior! He came over and fixed EVERYTHING! AND at a price that was LOWER than anyone I had called

Called Impact Heating and Air this morning. Jay (Owner) responded very timely and squeezed me in. He arrived when when scheduled and diagnosed the problem very quickly. My furnace is a Lennox and his company doesn't service a Lennox. He replaced the very dirty filter and when he found that there is no voltage getting to the igniter he told me to call a competitor. Gave me their contact information and sent me a photo of the furnace model that they will need. In the event the fix is too costly I had Jay give me a quote for a new system which is a lot more reasonable than I had anticipated

We hired Impact to install a gas line for our new gas range. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a small job like this for a reasonable price. Impact was willing to take on the project on a time and materials basis. They showed up on the date and time they said they would and installed the gas line for us. They were prompt, efficiant and pleasant to deal with.

Jay was an incredible installer. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I went with an independent installer instead of one of the big companies because the quotes they gave me were ridiculous. Jay gave us a fair price and stayed true to his quote. The mini-split ductless system works very well. Cools our condo in the summer with ease and heats us up in the winter without a problem. Thanks for a great job. I would highly recommend getting your installation done by Jay. The quality of his work speaks for itself.
