We will provide a thorough exam before deciding to replace your unit. If needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install the highest rated appliances. Installation specifications: HSPF rating of ductless heat pump must be 9.0 or greater and replace an electric resistance heat source (electric forced air furnace, electric baseboard heat, etc) as the home's primary heating source. Primary indoor unit must be installed in the main living space (e.g living room) of the home.
