Short version - if you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed by a cheap, rude and abrasive owner who does not care about tenant safety, this is the place for you.
My wife and I lived at Six Points Apartments (located right near the Trike office - you can see the apt bldg in the picture) for three years. At first, this property was not owned by Trike. During that time we did not have too many problems, and there were nice touches, such as a free parking garage spot (just one, but still), and a free-to-use water hose for washing off the grime and salt from your car. If you've ever driven around Wisconsin

I went online to search for an apartment then followed up with calls to schedule appointments. A lady from Trike Property Management called me and offered to show me a few different apartments on the east side where I was looking to move. I ended up looking at 3 different properties which she showed me and decided to rent one. We met at the first property and then she even offered to drive me from property to property in her company car. There was a sticker on the car saying chauffer driven tours and they actually really do this. They offered a reduced security deposit if I signed up to pay

Lived at 1621 N Franklin for two years. The place was nice in the beginning but after the first year they lowered their standards.
New tenants were stealing mail....packages disappeared. ...we didn't feel safe there.
The police were there constantly. Funny...these new people were always being evicted. Middle of winter and there are rent a trucks.
Well we are moving. 550 Sq ft apartment for $719. The washers and dryers are constantly broken...no manager on premise....Bridget the former property manager is gone. She kept the undesirable people away.

No stars, if I could give negative stars I would. I've rented different apartments in different cities and different states. This is the worst experience of my life. They promised new carpeting, not done, they promised to paint: painted after I moved in, had to sleep with the fumes and scrape paint off my furniture. Dirty fridge, nasty windows. One of the windows got stuck, I was trying to close it and glass broke cut my hand and arm. Manager (witch from hell who is pure evil) told me "we are all sick of you, move out". I would love to move out but they are not letting me out of

STAY AWAY!!!! TWO FACED :) :(
My fiance and I were going to rent from them until he lost his job. The property manager seemed very helpful and nice in the beginning but that soon faded after we gave her some of the initial deposit. She soon wouldn't return any of our calls until days or even a week later; but when she did, it wasn't that polite and friendly lady we spoke with before. My fiance ended up losing his job, therefore, we did not sign the lease on the apartment. The company now refuses to refund our money even in a situation like this. Overall we lost $520 total. If they

I lived in one of the apartments owned by this company for 8 years before they decided to not renew my lease. The management here is the absolute worst!!! I have had continous issues with onsite manager which I have made numerous complaints to their manager and nothing was done. The maintence was horrible, you leave numerous messages and when you approach the onsite manager regarding it you get called absurd names to your face. I have complained numerous times regarding mold in my kids room and they simply told me to pour bleach over it. I would highly recommend NEVER renting from this company
