Good environment for a men's haircut. I was offered a drink when I checked in before my haircut. Ms. Stacy did an excellent job. She took the time to hear what I wanted and made sure to do exactly that. She's extremely nice and very professional, as well! I had a great experience.

A good place for getting a haircut but the hairstylists here sometimes don’t follow what the client wants to tell. I think the charge is more for being an upscale salon compared to the local barbershops. I went in with a specific haircut that I wanted to get but the lady there couldn’t do it.

Always a great experience coming here! The place is very clean with friendly staff. I know I can walk in and trust any stylist with my hair. Aliza has been my pick though, she has a great attention to detail and listens to your needs and preferences. I recommend scheduling your appointment online. Super easy to schedule to fit your busy day. Once you arrive, check in and enjoy a drink while you wait. Definitely recommend!

They are very professional and helpful. They are on time and very friendly and cooperative. Kami is too good. She helps me with hair shave and gave ample time and she was keep checking if I am comfortable. Really appreciate her help. I prefer to use their services. You will be delighted.

I came here because reviews looked great, I’ll say I’m definitely not coming back. Asked for my beard to be trimmed up to provide a more professional look. They trimmed the sides down to basically just stubble leaving it uneven on both sides, in length and width. Basically butchered the beard to the point I will likely need to shave it all off and start over.

To the owner who responded to my review: I had my birthday so I got my haircut redone at another place. I am not sure who Jyra is and if she would even understand the issue. It's best if she calls me back up as the system already has my contact details.

Based on my previous experience at this place with a different hair dresser, I had decided to be a regular here. However, they helped me shatter that impression today. Going by some of the reviews, I booked an Essential Haircut with Vicki. She spoiled my hair altogether. Moreover, she wasn't willing to listen to the feedback

Just kicked off this Labor Day weekend with a banging new haircut by Lizah! She's a G with the clippers and better than Edward with scissors in her hand! All while enjoying a great tasting and less filling Corona and indulging in great conversations with Lizah and her team. Excellent customer service, great music in the air all in a clean environment!

I had booked an appointment 30 mins before closing and when I checked in waiting for my turn, one of the stylist in a rude way told system should not have let you book the appointment. Considering the last closing hours, I agreed to get my haircut from a different stylist who was available on my arrival.
Being my 2nd visit, I was not completely aware of the way haircuts happen at coolheads and asked for more information to the stylist so that I could get upto speed. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the way the stylist was interacting and not being helpful.
Overall a very bad service

This is the worst haircut experience I have ever had. Ever. I could have cut it better myself. The sides are uneven and i can't even style it. And what kind of barber asks if I want my neck shaved? Seriously? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Got a cut and beard trim from Kiki today. She did an amazing job. She is very professional and made me feel comfortable and safe. All health precawere followed. I highly recommend Kiki. She is a master at fades and beard trimming as well. Will definitely be going back for all my haircuts.

Just had a great cut with Heather. I gave her specific instructions regarding what I needed done, and she did them to perfection. It doesn't get any better.

Terrible service. Checked online while across the street and said 0 minute wait so I just went over. When I check in it said 30 minutes wait. I sat there for over an hour and finally left after being told it would still be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately the service here has declined dramatically and with high turnover of stylists I will not be returning.

I called the day of because my son's hair was out of control!! Shantrell picked up and I was specific for what I needed. She was very pleasant and made the appointment quickly. I was excited that she was the one cutting his hair, since she was so nice on the phone. She asked him what he wanted, plus verified if I was ok with that. We both loved her and she did an amazing job! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!

I'm kinda new In flower mound area and got a good cut a lil over a month ago and it was the best cut of all time esp with fades. They have beer and liquor here as well can't beat that! Ask for Trivia she does an amazing job and she's the one with blue hair!!!

I've tried a lot of barber shops around flower mound and I have been most satisfied with my haircuts here. Prompt service, clean, good haircuts and complimentary beverages. Not the cheapest haircut in the area, but it's worth it.

Thought we could consistently come here for haircuts here but the customer service is just so poor. This place definitely won't last long without the proper customer service. In addition, they don't wipe or brush the excess hair off of you and don't place the tissue barrier between the salon cape and the skin. So disappointed at how quickly the experience has changed here. The only stylist that was actually kind and did good work is longer there, which says a lot. Every time we've called or come in, Brittany has just been so unkind.

I've been here twice. Can't recall the stylist who I saw the first time, but the second time was Clover B.

The experience - had a beer, haircut, straight-razor shave with hot shaving cream and hot towels, scalp/face/neck/shoulder/arm/hand massage, and some interesting conversation. I went in with a full beard, which we took down to a Van Dyke, so all-up, this took close to 2 hours. But it was a good 2-hours.

The result - The beard looked good, as did the hair. No complaints by me, or by my wife :) I'll be back.

I'm a woman looking for a fade done right. I walked into the right place.

The gentleman greeted me upon arrival. Forgive me for I forget his name, but he was friendly and sincere. I wanted a touch up in my fade, which he gladly did and made improvements to the style. A pleasant conversation during the cut and good suggestions as to how the style appears.

The seats are comfy and the place is very rad. I love the concept to have a drink and haircut! Omg. Plus it's laid back.
