The initial visit was great, but I have been calling and leaving messages for my stylist to call me back. I have questions regarding my hair topper and I just can’t seem to get a hold of them. Everyone that answers the phone has no idea, so I’m being forced to find a new location 🙄

I first had my hair done here in 2017 and got a beautiful balayage that I was very happy with. I returned in January of this year after not touching my hair for three years. I expressed that I wanted blonde streaks only on the front pieces that frame my face, and my black hair lightened to a brown. My stylist, Amanda, nodded in understanding then proceeded to put blonde highlights throughout all of my hair. As soon as she removed the foil, my stomach dropped and I voiced that this was not what I asked for at all. She asked what I meant and I referred to the photos again and restated that I wanted

Amanda had a tough task ahead of her, I hadn't cut my hair in a long time, and I tried to fix my color on my own. She really spent her time and energy fixing my mess, and was great company the entire time. I left feeling beautiful, and isn't that what we want after a good cut and color? I highly recommend her!

Made a same-day appointment online because I just could not take my hair anymore; it desperately needed a trim and some conditioning treatment. Amanda was my stylist and she knocked it out of the park. She cut my hair EXACTLY the way I like it, didnt put any products in it like I asked (I hate leaving a fresh hair cut with a ton of products in my hair) and the treatment she chose for me worked really well. I actually cant wait to go back!

I bought my wife a gift card for makeup and eyebrow services at this facility and I was really blown away with the level of service one could expect from an upscale beauty boutique.

Where should I start?? I got my hair done by the amazing hair goddess @createdbychase (on instagram - check her out!!) and I have to say she completely exceeded my expectations. I've been to another salon in Dallas, and wasn't too happy, but WOW; I'm never going any other salon again. The staff is so friendly and sweet, and just plain amazing.
10/10 would recommend, for the hair and the vibes.
Plus! Not only did Chase make magic happen for my hair, but she got me confident and and feeling great right before an interview the same day. She is truly a perfect stylist with a heart

Chase @ Beauty Box Salon was so wonderful to work with. I needed a Halo extension for my wedding day, but had no clue about the process or ordering one. Chase was very informative & so easy to work with. She made sure what I received was a perfect match to my hair & I was comfortable with it. She even went out of her way to get it completed in time for my bridal photos. I highly recommend this salon - great customer service!

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this salon. The staff are always so sweet and my hair always looks amazing. There has never been disappointment with the end results of a cut, color, or style by any of the stylists that have helped me. Sarah is extremely talented and Chase has been incredible as well! The staff's outgoing and caring personalities make the experience so enjoyable and personal. It took me a long time to find somewhere I completely trusted with my hair and I have found a permanent home for my hair to receive the love it deserves.

Updating my review. I've been to the Beauty Box six times over the last year, and spent almost a thousand dollars ($915.46 to be exact if you include tips). I loved it. They recently had an ownership change, and I kept going because my stylist was awesome and I was happy. Well, with the ownership change my stylist became a manager for the salon and limited her days to two behind the chair. I kept coming. On our last visit she told me how busy it was for her, and I asked, "You'll let me know if you stop being behind the chair altogether, right?" She responded, "of course

I loved my experience here today. When I got out of my car someone came to hold the door open for me and I was offered beverages three times.
Raquel did my hair today & I absolutely love it. I've been dying my hair black with box dye for a long time & was unsure what the outcome would be as I wanted to go lighter. I also needed a trim & she listened to everything I wanted & asked a lot of questions. She didn't just go hacking away at my long hair like so many stylists have done to me in the past. She is very personable but also lets you just relax in quietness as well

Came here for an extensions consult. The woman at the front desk had a bit of an attitude.. Even when I spoke to her on the phone. Other than that my experience was pretty good. The stylist walked me through the consult, answering any questions I had. Ended up purchasing $350 halo extensions.. Pricey but they look awesome! Can't tell it's not my actual hair.

I've been going to Michelle for years. Even followed her from her previous salon to the Beauty Box. She has always given me exactly what I want even when I don't really know. She knows what will looks good.
The salon is welcoming and friendly. They offer drinks when you walk in. It's a cozy little place, and I love that the same person that cuts my hair also highlights it.
