Tram gave me a quick haircut within 35 minutes- I was literally in and out of the salon extremely quick. I had come a little late for the appointment and she was still able to squeeze me in. Although I wish she had taken longer on my hair, it looks good so far and I'm hoping that it looks fine once I get to style it this weekend. I will probably be back in spring when I want to go shorter!

The service was amazing. I was late to my appointment and called ahead. They said being late would not be a problem. When I arrived the two ladies working were very polite. The lady who cut my hair had a headband on, brown curly hair, and glasses and was so sweet and polite to me. She listened to what I requested and did a fantastic job. I love my hair. The customer service at this salon was fantastic and they know what they are doing here.

I never review places. So this is my first review just bc the lady working there got me so worked up! I have thick long African curly hair. The lady is nice, but she spent more time telling me what I should have paid for to get a good layered haircut than just giving me the simple thing I asked for. I have to shampoo condition and brush out my hair prior to any hair appointments bc no one can ever deal with how much hair I have so it is a pain (both mentally and physically) to watch them try to brush it. So I had to brushed it for her. Not to mention that my hair was not NEARLY wet enough to cut

I rarely take time to write a bad review,but this must be written.this is an awful place,don't come here.I needed a brow thread,so I searched groupon & found what I thought was a good deal. I got 3 cuts from it,keep in mind I've been threading for 12 yrs & have never been hurt, 2 in my right eye & one on.my lip.I had to tell the lady TWICE where to thread after she had me look in the mirror,& STILL had spots that were missed on my left cheek, lip,& forehead. For $25? I deserved better. Not only that,but the poor girl getting her hair done behind me had a worse experience

Let me start off by saying that I was very nervous about using a new stylist. I have had the same person for over 18 years but I moved out of the area. I saw this salon that was close to home and offered a groupon. All the pics that I saw online seemed that they could handle my super short pixie. Nasrat exceed my expectationns. The cut is precise and she took her time and even recommended a change in the clipper size to make sure it was not too short. I would recommend this salon to anyone. DO NOT EVER go to this salon. The staff is rude and scam artists. They run Groupon scams to lure you there, then nickel and dime you to get money out of you to actually provide the service. They sold more Groupons than they can handle and will complain about it if you walk in with one. I was treated badly since the second I walked in, until I left because I wouldn't keep paying them more money. I got a refund from Groupon. Unfortunately, I missed my friend's wedding ceremony, rushing home to wash and style my own hair, which no amount of money could ever get back. I wouldn&apos
