My name is Alexander and I am the proud owner and operator of this business. I am a graduate of the HomeSpection Training Institute (HSTI) a locally owned and nationally recognized training facility. I am also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the most elite and selective community of home inspectors which requires the continued education of all it's members.
A home inspection is a visual process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials inspected, air-conditioning and heating systems operated. The Inspector will fill the sinks and tub(s), run the shower(s), and flush the toilets.

My husband decided to go with Alexander for our home inspection because of his high Google ratings. I'm so glad he did! Alexander was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to my husband and I. He even gave us recommendations on how to fix some of the issues found in the inspection. He was able to work with our schedule, and was very responsive throughout the process. Needed an inspection on a large rental property before closing and hired Northern Pride Home Inspections. Alexander was very thorough in his inspection and conducted the approach as if he was a partner in the purchase. After we received the report on the property, in very short order, he jumped on a call to walk us through every aspect of the report. He was prompt with his communication, professional with his interaction with the seller and tenants and I will use him again in a heartbeat. He also provides a discount for veterans. This guy is awesome and ultimately saved us money and future pain

It was my first time to have a home inspected. I was kind of nervous when I was trying to find a home inspector. After I did some Internet research, I tried to call a few home inspectors, and then decided to proceed with Alex because he can give me the best price and he can work on weekend, which is a big convenience for me. Highly recommend Alexander for your home inspection. He was early to our appointment. We were very impressed with his background in the military doing everything under the sun from concrete to construction. He is very honest, detailed, and takes care to look at everything thoroughly. He even showed us how to do preventive maintenance on items in our new home to save us money down the road.
