We just had a home we are interested in buying inspected by Raymond with At Home Property inspection. This is our third house purchase and by far Raymond was the most thorough inspector we have had - he took pictures of everything and in his report shared these pictures with us. His report was very readable for us - and broke out minor defects and major defects. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He let us know when he saw something, but also if that issue was something that could be easily fixed or would require a professional and may be costly - this made it much easier to make an educated
