I had this company do my home inspection. I am very glad that I was able to use this company. The gentlemen took the time to explain the things that he found. He was very easy to talk to and I feel much more informed about me decision involving home buying due to this! Everything that was done was well documented and there were pictures included on the report he sent me. I can't say enough about the the amazing inspection on the home I was hoping to purchase. Extremely thorough, Zach explained every issue to me. He was extremely personable and found issues that were concerning to me moving forward. Because of his inspection, I brought in other experts in waterproofing and foundation that confirmed the foundation and water issues with the home. He saved me a huge headache going forward. I can't say enough about this company. I will get him for my next inspection! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Zack is amazing! I like working with people who I feel like you can trust and won’t just do a quick business with you for your money. Zack didn’t even hesitate to try to help and refer another inspector with me even if it means losing a potential client when I was a little hesitant with his rates. But I ended up working with him instead and I was glad that I did. Zack is genuinely honest and punctual and professional with his work. I’d definitely refer him or work with him again when I buy another property in Ohio!

We used point man home inspection for our general home inspection while purchasing a home. Zach was extremely responsive and did the home inspection and sent the report to us within 48 hours of the original phone call. The report was very easy to read and understand.
