Owner/ stylist Sami, has been doing hair for 14 years and specializes in modern color services and extensions. Sami loves studying the new trends and also loves passing her knowledge onto other stylists.
When Sami is not behind the chair, you will find her with her husband and daughter enjoying their property or with friends and family. Keith and Jenny are the amazing husband and wife duo at Headquarters. Both have been doing hair for 19 years now and majority of that time has been at Headquarters.

My stylist, Sheri C. just moved into this salon. It is in a great location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very clean inside and you can tell the owners take great care of the shop and their employees. Super cute boutique inside the salon as well and a great selection of hair products.

I don’t normally post reviews but I am a little unhappy with my experience, and to be fair I didn’t say anything while I was there for the stylist to fix it. I had wanted bangs, and the stylist kept talking me out of it. She said it would look better with my current bangs (very long) faded into the layers. Okay, but not what I asked for. My current bangs didn’t even end up being cut at all. I should’ve said something. She also hurried the process, saying “we are going to hurry” because she had another client. She was very nice to talk to but I didn’t feel like I got the haircut I

I chose Headquarters for it's great reviews, and Sami Jo and her team did not disappoint. Nikki took my too-long, too-thick hair and made me feel cute for the first time in ages. I'm looking forward to my next booking, and that's not something I've ever said about my hair.

I am so thrilled with this place! I have gone to other salons in Eugene and so far, none of them can compete. My husband has longer hair and no one gets it right on the first try...but Nikki did! Also, I asked for very specific bangs and Nikki nailed it! I was most happy that they were able to get both of us seen with same day appointments. This is my new place and I can't talk up Nikki's skills enough!

Desperately overdue for a haircut (by 2 years) and another salon had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a Covid exposure. Just happened across this salon online and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with the new owner Sami Jo and let me tell you, I am so glad this happened! I was nervous about cutting my hair for the first time in 2 years and she did AMAZING! Thanks to this happy accident, I'll be going to see Sami Jo from now on! I'm so happy with my new haircut and Sami was so sweet!

The young lady who cut my hair was nice but when I was asking about Brazilian blowout's and they said well it varies in price we charge per length and thickness and I said OK so you charge minorities more and the girl next to her looked at me like I was the biggest piece of trash I've seen that look before when I lived south. charging for thickness is charging for the race of a minorities especially black females we have thicker course hair there's no other race that our thickness if our hair is natural without a relaxer. so I was just trying to educate them by saying OK so you do

Jenny Fisher is a genius! I get compliments on my cut a color all the time! Have at least 3 friends who are now regular clients because the love my hair so much. My nephews love Keith Fisher and come back to him when they want the most updated popular haircut! Can't say enough good things about both of them!

So happy with my new hair cut!! Jennifer was patient and listened to me over-explain what I wanted. (I always forget to bring a photo and apparently I do a terrible job of explaining, and then I hate my haircut but whatever it'll grow back.) And she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. I'm keeping her card!!
Everyone there was super friendly and so welcoming. It's a delightfully chill atmosphere. And surprisingly affordable pricing. I am a customer for life!!!

My mother & I go in here all the time to cut our hair with Kat, who is absolutely wonderful. However, I went in to purchase a conditioner my mother likes as part of her Christmas gifts just now, and got MAJOR sass from whichever stylist was currently working the front desk. Not sure what her name was but she has short pink hair. I was unaware that the stylists sell their own lines of products and the particular line of conditioner I've seen on the shelves was being sold by another stylist. The location of this salon is a bit strange, sandwiched in between a library branch and the UPS store. However, once inside it is quite welcoming. There's a few seats, some magazines and little area to make a coffee/tea, etc. I didn't spend much time in the waiting area though as my stylist was ready for me right when I walked in - a few minutes early!
I had a simple hair trim done by Jennifer. I actually found Jennifer and this salon via Groupon, which I used for the service and that was an easy process. (You never know what to expect when using a Groupon or coupon at new places!) Overall

I've been seeing Kelley for years and will continue to do so! She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do whatever is necessary to get you to the hairstyle you want without damaging your hair. As someone who is in the salon every 5 weeks on the dot it's nice to have someone Im this comfortable with. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone looking for a new stylist.

I have been going to this salon for over 5 years. Marcie is amazing, does a great job on cuts and color. She's is honest when you ask her opinion and gives additional info on products and hair. I love her humor and sassiness! It is true that the staff are down to earth and all are very approachable. I am a loyal customer!

This little salon is tucked into the Safeway stripmall on Coburg rd- a little hard to spot, the Wells Fargo kinda blocks it.
You'll never get any salon attitude here- just down to earth nice people.
The owners of the place are great (Will and Maleah). Maleah's a real hair master but is so popular that she usually can't take new customers. The person to see is Keith- he's really nice and does a great job with eveything from basic men's cuts to women's high and lowlights! When we lived in Eugene my husband and I both went to him- and when we roll through town we stop
