I loved how Melissa was open to anything and cut my hair pretty much how I wanted it! She's also a very "real" person, not fake or phony. I liked how she seemed honest about what will or won't work for certain hair types.
The first thing that I found impressive was walking in and not being choked by toxic fumes! Being somebody that is extremely sensitive to perfumes, that was a welcomed blessing! She uses non-toxic products, YAY!

I’ve been coming to Melissa for three years now and I feel as if I’ve known her my whole life! After moving to Corvallis I had a really hard time finding a stylist that could remove the gray and replace it with the most natural looking color!! The hour it takes to get to Melissa‘s place is worth every minute of my time.
I am very aware about the chemicals used in Salons and the damage they do to the body.
Melissa uses toxic free products that are only only of the highest quality and every time I leave her shop, my hair looks absolutely fantastic. I feel 10 years younger! Hint , I’m over

A great hairstylist is worth her weight in gold, and Melissa is a gem. I've been going to her for two years, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I receive. She listens to her clients and the result is terrific hair cutting and color with the expertise only a gifted professional can deliver. I've been coming to Melissa for the past six months (or more?) and I can say that each time I'm more impressed than the last. I'm definitely someone who is pretty low maintenance and indifferent about my hair, so it's SOOO entirely helpful that Melissa seems to know just what to do with my hair to make it feel fresh and exciting!
I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else for my hair needs after having such a personable and great experience here. If you're in need of a new hair stylist, I would 100% recommend Melissa.

After moving here from California, I didn't think I'd ever find a studio that could beat the quality of work I'd experienced in the past. I was wrong! Melissa is a phenomenal hairdresser! She does a great job on my cut and color, and if I ever have any concerns, she addresses them immediately. Melissa takes pride in her work and makes certain that I leave her studio happy. I highly recommend Laughing Crow Salon!

I went to this salon after a badly botched at home bleach job. I was in dire straights and I needed help bad, rescue 9-1-1.
Melissa was not only helpful, but was able to restore my natural color in one visit! The products that she uses are amazing and her professional demeanor and knowledge are top notch!
I will only go to her from now on for all my hair care needs!

After years of hit and miss (mostly miss) haircuts and Styles, I had lost faith that I would ever have a style that looked great and didn't take me all morning to fix. Well, I can tell you, after one visit to see Melissa, I will never go to another salon again. She is very skilled and pleasant and I trust her implicitly! Laughing Crow will not disappoint you!

I tried Laughing Crow Salon after I attended Affair of the Heart, and visited their booth. The idea of an organic hair salon was super appealing. They were running a special so I decided to give them a try. I booked a full service consult, color, and cut with Melissa. From the moment I walked in Melissa and I hit it off! I had an incredible experience at Laughing Crow! After searching for almost a year for the right salon in Eugene, I finally found it. The atmosphere is great - totally laid-back and homey. The stylists are friendly and incredibly talented. I have curly, difficult hair that was damaged with red hair dye in the past. Melissa fixed me right up in a couple of hours and made me feel like a princess. I will absolutely go back and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, Laughing Crow!
