Services
Request and sign the "Consent to Release your Record" form from your previous dental provider. On your behalf, we will contact your previous dentist's office and have them forward your most current radiographs (x-rays) and other records relevant to your dental care. It is best to have this completed before your first visit so that we have time to secure and review your records.
My goal is to offer each of our patients here on Bainbridge Island the personalized dental care and advice you would expect for a loved one. I have been a patient with Todd AND his Dad, Harmon since the 1960’s. I have always received the best care here. The staff are kind and make you feel at home. The clinic utilizes the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, especially in this time of Covid. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years and Todd is the only dentist I will go to. I drive 40 miles each way to go to this office. I highly recommend Dr Adams!!

Dr. Adams and all staff are super positive people. I feel like my cleaning (Erin is my hygentist) exam and care are more thorough and detailed than any other dentist I've been to. They take their time and are up on dental advances. They also care about overall health and connect dentistry with other health concerns. Very satisfied.

Our family of five all see Dr. Todd for our dental needs. We have been long term patients of ten years and have always been extremely pleased with our dental care.
