Horrible, very unprofessional company. Theres no way to get into contact with anyone. They never came to fix any damages that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in. They charge late fees even when on record they already received my rent payment. I really had doubts that this company was even legit. They run there business irresponsibly. I lived here for 1yr and was only able to get into contact with them twice and all they did was send a text saying they will get in contact with owner and let him know of work order.

Negative stars if I could. Had the great displeasure of dealing with these hideous people for two years. My landlord, who owns the house is an amazing lady. She hired these clowns to take care of the financial aspects of her property and I feel sorry for her. Upon moving in we immediately realized we needed to circumvent Silberman and directly contact our landlord if we needed anything. That company is a joke.

5 months ago, during the first month of rental there was a ceiling fan that did not work, they replaced it but they did not replace it with a similar unit. The new one was really cheap and hummed really bad. I immediately asked if they would replace it. They said someone would call. No call was received. its been months. How did they not know this during the last renters inspection. Requested to add wiring to the dryer booster fan in the attic as the booster fan was never wire to local codes. This is required by building codes as the distance from the dryer to the outside is too far and can cause

Amazing and professional services. Contacted them for a potential management service. Even though we did not end up signing with them, they provided us with excellent information. They were not required to, but gladly gave us the information even though they knew it might mean losing the business. Would definitely recommend working with them. We will continue to look for opportunities for their services in the future.

I would NEVER recommend using this company!!! Ever!!! You are better off in an apartment complex or homeless shelter!! This company is absolutely the worst to communicate with. I have had to contact the owner of the house directly regarding issues caused by the property management company. They have attempted to file a false eviction twice!! One of the times it went all the way to court and I was held responsible to pay all fees for their mistake. Repairs for the house are held as your responsibility and cost to be made. If I handnt planned on staying in my current house until I had to move cities

Lived in a property manage by them for 4 months. I was legally allowed to move out because the home had hazardous living conditions. I asked several times for items to be fixed, never happened. The plumbing was shot. I received $3k water bill for 2 months. Finally someone came to fix the issue. Then a pipe burst soaking the carpet and some of my shoes and clothes with sewage water. They had no choice but to fix this immediately however refused to replace the carpet! They only offered to pay for a shampoo machine and I clean it myself! I have had a great experience using Silberman Realty to manage my rental property. They have located some high quality tenants for us and they have done a good job with the administrative aspects of property management. (Rent collection, contracts, etc.) Their fees are also lower than any of the other managers I considered. I definitely would recommend them to those evaluating rental property managers.

This property management company is a joke. Silberman realty acts on behalf of the owner of my condo. All communication with this company is a complete joke. They almost refuse to speak to me over the phone because they want a record of all communication, yet they don't actually use these emails for their records.
The A/C went out at my condo, and the whole things needs to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks, and we still do not have a working AC. They show no sympathy. They give no apologies.
