Van Law Firm gave my husband and I excellent service. June 2021, we we were in an accident and was referred to Van Law Firm by the tow truck driver. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff who offered us water and had us sit in a nice office, we asked questions and had our questions answered. They handled our case from start to finish and was very professional and courteous about it. They followed up with us for our doctors and therapist appointments and sometimes checked upon us to see how we were doing which I really appreciated. Do not do business with them they do not ever call you back when I call for updates. We have been calling for more than a month and nothing just the same comment no one is available with an update they'll call back and that never happens. Do your self a favor and go with another firm because they are useless.

Got into a car accident July 2020 and didn't think anything of being injured since the accident wasn't crazy. Turned out that I had a concussion, pretty bad neck and low back injuries that lead to some nerve and muscle problems.
