Services
Take a right at the first light (Walmart should be on your right) continue down on Newnan Crossing BLVD. At the intersection of Lower Fayetteville RD, take a left and continue down for about a mile and a half. You will arrive at the Summergrove Entrance. Take a right into the Summergrove Market Square District and NRG will be on your left.

I travel all over the country and go to gyms everywhere. I train 7 days a week. Not impressed. Locker room stunk, had lights inop, no ventilation at all. Lockers don’t fit a standard sized backpack.
It is a total ghost town at 5pm. Came in and the place was wide open with nobody working. Waited at the desk for a guest pass for 10 minutes and nobody even bothered to even so much as acknowledge me so I just went on and worked out.
They DO have a good selection of nice equipment. Some of it was in disrepair: broken cables, loose dumbbells, etc. All a huge safety risk.
They only have one mat on

Nice little gym. Very clean and never crowded. There is a wide variety of equipment here. I've never had to wait for the equipment that I've wanted to use. The layout is very functional foe the amount of equipment in this small building. The 24/7 access is very convenient. I will and have recommended this gym to others.
