Our studio promotes a non-judgmental, safe and comfortable environment that focuses on body awareness. We encourage freedom of sensual expression through dance. Our goal is to help women feel more confident as well as find their sensual side. We believe that women of all ages, shapes and sizes are beautiful and should be celebrated freely.

What you will learn: Transitions around the pole, body confidence and sensual movement which includes: poise, posture, fluidity, foot posture. A brief assessment of current mobility and progression plan will be given at the end of class. What you will learn: Beg 1-basic spins such as fireman, sun kiss, or additional basic spins depending on progression, basic floor work around the pole ( low pole).

I was contacted by this company to leave a review. I have never heard of this company before and was shocked that they somehow had my email address. Since I'm not a customer and never sought their service, I'm not sure what they provide nor can say what the experience is like. However, I can say that their email did not include any typos or grammatical errors. One suggestion I would have is that this company be careful with emailing random people or check their contact list before asking random people to leave a review. Message I received is below:

This was my first time doing a Pole and Chair dancing class. Ms Lena was awesome doing class. She was patience and took her time with us. She made the class fun and enjoyable. I will definitely go back with some friends. I highly recommend her.

Lena was awesome. There was an accident on my way to her, she was so patient with me. The dance moves were easy to follow because she took her time to teach us. I'll be back for my next lesson Lena.

Closet Poler is the perfect place for fun, laughter, sensuality, and empowerment. There’s no competition, and everyone cheers for each other. It’s become a part of my haven of liberation and self-love. The owner, Lena, is such a fantastic, PATIENT teacher. She listens and adjusts instruction according to your bodily needs or aches lol. It’s a joy to be in this studio, and once you walk in, you are in another world of learning about yourself; nothing else outside of the studio matters for that hour. I was skeptical about going to a class by myself, but I had so much fun and felt like I was in judgement-free zone. I loved how intimate the class size was, especially during this pandemic. You have to check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed (plus it’s a great workout)!!!

We celebrated my moms birthday with a private pole session. My sisters and my mom loved the experience and we definitely want to do it again!!! Lena was a great instructor and had alternative methods so everyone could participate!!!!

Leña is absolutely amazing!! The class is very social distance friendly. She is very patient and an overall great instructor. She makes you feel very confident and sexy. I can’t wait to schedule my next class!!
