We hired Eddie Wilson to fix the leak of our master bathroom back in 2020 and the whole process lasts till early this year. He quoted us $1600 but once he started working he concluded that we only needed to fix couple tile and re-tile the area. We trusted him for his professional opinion so he replaced the tile and re-tiled the area. How ever two months later, it started leaking again (see the picture) and we tried to contact Eddie Wilson multiple times including phone during the different time of the day and multiple voice mail and text message. Eddie did a fantastic job inspecting my family's new townhouse. He did a complete evaluation (from electric to AC to exterior, etc.) and at the end clearly discussed his findings. His report, which he sent that very day, was informative and essential to my family choosing that townhouse. He even came back a different day to inspect water in the home that was accidentally turned off the day of the original inspection. He did this at no extra charge. Highly recommend his services!
