Joe McGinnis joined the Attic to Foundation Home Inspections team in August of 2018, bringing another qualified inspector to our team and community. As an ASHI Inspector following their rigorous Standard of Practice, Joe is dedicated to the same unbiased and comprehensive inspection that we've come to be known for.
Radon Gas

Our detectors are calibrated annually and provide printed reports with graphs that show the rise and fall of the radon levels for the duration of the test. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends having the home you are buying or selling tested for radon. According to the EPA, radon is the second largest cause of lung cancer deaths in the United States and the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.

Since home inspectors are not allowed to provide pricing for repairs or treatment, Attic to Foundation has teamed with an Atlanta based professional to provide for a "one stop inspection experience."
Attic to Foundation can handle all scheduling of the inspection services, and our professional termite inspection partner will provide a professional Georgia state licensed inspector who will inspect for pests (mice, squirrels, mosquitoes, etc.) and wood destroying organisms, and provide a report of their findings as well as the lender required "termite letter."They also can provide treatment and pest exclusion services and pricing if desired.

Various types of stucco homes have been built for thousands of years and are still being constructed today. Stucco, especially EIFS, is a great energy-efficient cladding. Stucco homes that have been properly installed and maintained have very few problems, and the ones that are not properly maintained will have problems like any exterior cladding.
