Services
Joe McGinnis joined the Attic to Foundation Home Inspections team in August of 2018, bringing another qualified inspector to our team and community. As an ASHI Inspector following their rigorous Standard of Practice, Joe is dedicated to the same unbiased and comprehensive inspection that we've come to be known for.
Our detectors are calibrated annually and provide printed reports with graphs that show the rise and fall of the radon levels for the duration of the test. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends having the home you are buying or selling tested for radon. According to the EPA, radon is the second largest cause of lung cancer deaths in the United States and the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.
Since home inspectors are not allowed to provide pricing for repairs or treatment, Attic to Foundation has teamed with an Atlanta based professional to provide for a "one stop inspection experience."
Attic to Foundation can handle all scheduling of the inspection services, and our professional termite inspection partner will provide a professional Georgia state licensed inspector who will inspect for pests (mice, squirrels, mosquitoes, etc.) and wood destroying organisms, and provide a report of their findings as well as the lender required "termite letter."They also can provide treatment and pest exclusion services and pricing if desired.

Pools and spas can provide enjoyment for the family, but if the proper safety and pool equipment is not present and functioning as intended, they can be a money pit or even deadly. Many safety requirements have changed over the years, and if the pool and equipment have not been properly maintained, it can be very expensive to update or repair.
Stan has the specialized training and equipment to provide a comprehensive stucco/EIFS inspection. Various types of stucco homes have been built for thousands of years and are still being constructed today. Stucco, especially EIFS, is a great energy-efficient cladding. Stucco homes that have been properly installed and maintained have very few problems, and the ones that are not properly maintained will have problems like any exterior cladding.

Needed a quick turn around on a home inspection and Attic to Foundation, LLC took on the task. Our initial call was quite unique, Stan provided answer to all questions and was excited to share his knowledge. The day of the inspection, I was not available, but the inspector called and verified he was there and would give a very detailed report. VERY DETAILED, he did! The report was professional, easy to read, and thorough. IT even offered information concerning the house I didn't think to ask. Recently had a basement finished on my house. Had some concerns of structural cracking after the basement was finished. I called Attic To Foundation and talked to Mr. Poss about coming out to do an inspection. I told him the problems I was having and he explained to me what was going on. I was on the phone with him for 10 minutes getting educated on my foundation and what problems to look for. Mr. Poss could have easily came out and took my money but instead he stated based on the problems I explained to him, there was nothing to worry about. I strongly recommend this company based on Mr. Poss

Stan was very professional and early every time for the inspection. I recently had a new home built. We recently used Stan for a final inspection on our new home. Stan was very thorough and inspected every inch of the home. He provided feedback at every stage of the inspection, even giving us suggestions on things we should do later to keep the home in the best shape possible.
