I made a new patient appointment at this Benbrook office. The gal took my info including insurance. A week and a half later I go there only to find the office isn't open. I call from the parking lot, FINALLY get through to someone who told me they have no record of me. I gave them the info I had and they confirmed it was correct but they don't have me in the system at all. They tell me a Dr will do it over the phone. He does not. They ask me to drive an hour away the next day to see me. I couldn't do that. They say they will come out to the benbrook office to see me. I then get a confirmation call

Over charge for visit with the doctor. I went in to see about changing my blood pressure medication. End up being took off my medication and only was in the office for 15 minutes, had no test done or blood work and left with a $280.00 bill. Thank god, I have insurance but still have to pay $75.00 for absolutely nothing. And I had to pay a co-pay for $50.00. When I called to ask about this high bill, I was told that’s how the doctor charted the visit. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIP OFF.

The clinic has gone through various changes after Dr. Birdy. However, I feel like the clinic has great plans and staff to better the future of the patients. Please stop by and meet the new providers, which are great! All of the staff in office at the moment are great and are always very positive and caring. You are always insured a lovely smile at check in and always have a great day at check out. I love the facility and all staff members.

This office has gone down hill since Dr. Birdy and Melanie left. Since Dr. Birdy left this place has changed doctors and management more than I can count. The office visit prices continue to go up, patient care is minimal, and the rules change with each management change. The current doctor is only in on Monday's and Tuesdays which is ridiculous to me. They have totally changed the way they do things and it is not in the best interest of the patient. I will be finding a new doctor.

The PA said she would call in a prescription for me. Several days later I get a call that my prescription came in. I go to pick it up and they charge me $130. I am wondering why it wasn't sent to my pharmacy so I could use my insurance. I got home and had received a 10ml vial for my $130. Two receipts from the pharmacy that dispensed to them under my name showing 20ml @ $65 ea. In other words, 40ml was dispensed under my name for $130. When I called to find out where the rest of my prescription was, I was told they charge $130 for 10ml. I told them that is 4 times as much as it should be and asked

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! and the ENTIRE STAFF is AMAZING :) Jackie at the front desk is such a Special lady and truly CARES about the patients, Yes Jackie is my Favorite but everyone at this Dr's office is Fab!!! I highly recommend this office for all your medical needs!!!

My girlfriend has gone here since her move to Benbrook about two years ago. It had mostly been fine until recently.
She called about a change in medication, and just wanted to talk to her Dr. before coming in about the change. When she called, she spoke to a nurse. The nurse very rudely explained that the Dr. was too busy with patients all day and did not have time to talk. Which, would have been totally fine if she had just said it respectfully.
My girlfriend has decided she will not be going back there. Customer service is important, especially when it comes to the people responsible for helping
