I originally came here for a haircut because my ends were dry and needed some TLC (Total Love and Care). I also attempted to buy a groupon but was told that to not buy it cause certain stylists would only honor the price but was told to print or capture the groupon site and give it to the lady that will be doing your hair (which is weird). So I printed it and handed it to my stylist and she did honor it the first time cause I was a new customer.
Afterwards, during the haircut my stylist was telling me that the price of $35 was only good for first time customers which is fine. Then 5 minutes later

I recently got my hair Japanese straightened with the ladies here. I've been doing these treatments for almost 4 yrs now and know what the results should look like.
I'm really disappointed in the results, I asked just for touch ups at the roots and should have made sure that's the only part they did. Unfortunately they did all my hair and over processed all of it, and about 30 % is really fried. These ladies were really nice and I hate writing bad reviews, but as someone who uses this treatment often and only wants super skilled technicians at of fear of ruining people's hair

Went there with a Groupon to have a hair cut, just a simple hair cut.
The lady there said it would cost me almost double what I paid because my hair is like 4 " below shoulder length.... For a HAIR CUT I asked what is the difference about length of the hair for hair cut? It's NOT processing, coloring , etc it shouldn't make a difference about length's hair for a hair cut, I was just going to cut a couple inches.
They said it's extra because they use more SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER ... What the ???.... never heard of this one before.
So wouldn't recommend this place ,

I have got my hair done by Ana twice now! Both have been Brazilian blowouts. She is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my hair.
During these times (covid) I was a little bit nervous to go to a salon but she kept it very clean and always made sure everyone was wearing a mask. Great job! Highly recommend her!

I will start by saying I do like the job they did on my hair (I have a lot of hair and I know it's not easy to manage). I was off-put by them triple booking a time slot and having the stylists interchanged throughout the time. Anna and Miriam were both doing my highlights (one on each side of my head) and they were not on the same page with their process. Anna asked how I wanted my hair, where as Miriam did not.
I purchased a groupon for cut and full highlights. I was charged extra for my long hair (typical) BUT was also charged extra for toner. I've been getting my hair highlighted

I got Japanese hair straightening done and they did a good job (haven't washed it yet so we will see). However, when straightening my hair they almost burnt my scalp several times, after getting home I realized they burnt me pretty bad up too in the front after I noticed that there is a section that has now been oozing clear liquid (naturally like any burn) and crusting onto the roots of my hair. I'm not sure if this will effect the area but there is no way to really clean it as it is a new wound and just re- crusts. I am interested to see how this all turns out after the first wash.

Jennie did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
Right since the minute I stepped into the salon she made me feel comfortable. She asked me all the details about the haircut I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before starting. She also shared some useful haircare tips. One thing that won me was the amount of effort she put in to blend the layers (smooth transition of layers) so even if I don't style my hair it still looks great!
Will definitely be going back to Jennie.

This place is great! It's comfy, clean, and very inviting. Jennie handled my hair and she's awesome! Not only did she give great advice for my hair, she explained everything she was doing to help my worries and my curiosities. My hair came out just as I wanted it!
I don't have a before photo, but the one I included is a few months ago, so my hair now is a bit longer, but it still gives you an idea.
