Noushin takes her time and asks you what you like. She keeps you informed of what she's doing every step of the way. She was able to fix a highlight fail done by a different salon. She took her time and made sure I got what I wanted. She cut my daughter's hair and I really liked that she asked me every time she was about to make a cut.

Noushin is very professional , very detailed and works amazing with my hair. I have curly hair and she is been working with my hair for already 3 years and I like to change my hair style and color often and she always makes me very satisfied. Recently she did this amazing color and partial highlights and I love it and also got many compliments she is wonderful and very sweet lady. I will never replace her.

I just moved into the area and must have yelped 15 Hair Salons. After reading reviews I called Roots Hair Salon. Spoke w Maryam and soon after I booked an appt w Noushin. When I got there Noushin was awaiting my arrival and I was treated w the upmost kindness and concern. I had been going for over 20 years to the same place and Noushin matched my color and cut my hair. I am so pleased to have found a Hair Salon close to me and will be going back. Thank you Noushin and Maryam for being top notch!

Frustrating experience, big waste of time. Booked an appointment online for a kids haircut - which is expensive to begin with. We received a confirmation email. Drove across town. When we arrived we were told there was not a stylist available, that we were suppose to receive a confirmation call. Apparently their confirmation email is not enough! Will not be going back

Yesterday I called Roots and asked if they could do an outdoor haircut. They said they could do it, and they gave me a nice cut out on the sidewalk. If you want the outdoor cut, you should call ahead and let them know when you make the appointment. I was very happy with the whole experience.

The haircut I received today is by far the worst I've ever gotten. Will not ever be back. Clearly, the lady that cut my hair doesn't know how to cut men's hair. Sideburns are un even, fade is uneven, long hairs left on side, etc. etc.
