Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization serving over 2000 people in 52 southwestern New Hampshire communities every day.

Holistic approach to end-of-life care, focusing on enhancing quality of life and offering physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to patients and their families.
The Castle Center offers a little help during the day for folks with medical needs or who need memory care. Socializing, music, art, crafts, meals & snacks are everyday happenings at the Castle Center. Medication monitoring and personal care assistance is also offered by our team of nurses, licensed nurse assistants, and volunteers.
From bingo & bowling to crafts & current events, days at the Castle Center are filled with activities that participants request and enjoy, led by our Activity Coordinator. Lifelong interests are rekindled with art, baking, or watching old movies. For those with memory issues, music can have a very powerful effect in rekindling those memories.
Are you a caregiver for your spouse, mother, father, grandparent, or someone near to you with Alzheimer's or a related dementia? HCS Memory Care at Home is here to provide support for your family member and respite for you. Memory Care at HCS provides a three-hour block of respite time each week for those who are caring for a family member or someone in their household.
