Reception was friendly, courteous and helpful both at check-in and out.
The resident's room is at the extremity of the facility and the walk there was painful because I have vascular disease.
I mentioned this at the Nurse's Station they for. an Aide to tale me to the Main Entrance on a wheelchair. I cannot thank them enough. I could not have gotten there on my own.

Staff friendly and considerate. Food outstanding for this type of facility. Beyond clean and surprisingly odor free.
My sister is well served and comfortable at Cedar View Rehabilitation.

The entry staff was pleasant, informative and welcoming. The facility was clean and seemed to be staffed well. It was difficult to find parking at first but finally it worked out. Thank you for this opportunity!

Repeat inpatient for my mother, I highly recommend this facility as the staff goes above and beyond to ensure patients are well treated. What ever minor hiccups ever occurred they were quickly fixed.

I could never recommend this facility to anyone I care about, love, or anyone I know.
My Dad was transferred there from Brigham and Women's and from day one was miserable. This is from a man who never complains About bay hospital or rehabs, never.
He was not getting the services he requires and was referred there for. The food comes cold and / or undercooked . Staff is unresponsive and rude when called To patients room. This is emotional abuse to their patients .
staff is rude to family both in person and on the phone.
I spoke with VP of operations who assured me my concerns would be addressed

I recently went to Cedarview for rehab after being admitted to the hospital. I had a lengthy stay at their facility, every member of the staff is super friendly and attentive. I stayed on the East Wing, and even when they were working on the other side, there were a few people who would pop in to make sure that I was alright and say hi. (Shout out and HUGE thank you to V, Pam, and Chalo 😊) I could name the entire staff individually, but that would take up the entire post. Just know that if you were ever my nurse, my CNA, my aide, there are not enough thanks and appreciation to express my immense

After a horrible experience with the hospital my mom was in she arrived at Cedar View for a two week rehab. The experience for both my mom and our family was wonderful. The staff was very caring and communicated with us constantly since we could not visit due to COVID. We would highly recommend Cedar View to anyone in need of rehab

My dad was a patient at CedarView for almost 3 weeks; he had a collapsed lung and was there for pulmonary rehab. The nurses were very caring, especially Tatiana and Vanessa. All the CNAs were good to my dad! I can not say enough about the hard work they do; special thank you to Shayla and Heather and the whole rehab department that helped my dad to get better! Thank you all for the hard work.

I work in the industry so I recently helped a friend place her father at this facility. Since her father arrived she’s been telling me he’s texted her telling her “this place is like a hotel I feel comfortable and well taken care of”. Her dad is happy which makes her happy and in turn I can feel good about the recommendation I made!!! Kudos to cedar view they have a very happy customer and a fellow colleague that respects them highly!!
