My Realtor Jessica Wilson was amazing! I needed to move to another city for work and had already bought a house in my new town, so my Jax house needed to go quickly and for a good price! She helped get everything taken care of on the front end for prep and pictures, nailed the asking price (I got it, and the appraisal was a near match), and helped wrap up everything for a quick closing, and the buyer was super happy as well! This company has been managing my properties since 2006. Being an active duty military member who has been deployed all over the world made their responsibility all encompassing. They were times when I couldn't be reached and Jessica took care of my properties like it was her own.
