At 212 we utilize functional equipment ranging from kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls, sleds, strength bands, suspended pull bars, dirty south bars, squat and bench racks, drop plates, snatch boxes, TRX Force suspension straps, plyo boxes, spin bikes, row machines, agility mats, rollers, agility balls, Ab mats, dumbbells ranging from 3lbs-100lbs, punching bags and battle ropes.

Reach your fitness & health goals here!!! Jason is great at creating customized plans for each person he trains, and changes workouts every time to keep it interesting! If your wanting more meal habit advice along with your physical training he will get you on the right track with that too! His workouts are dynamic and constantly different. I’ve been training at this gym for 3 years now and I’ve never done the same workout circuit twice!!!! He also works with ALL ages! I’ve seen people in the studio from their 20’s to their 70’s! His prices are low low low too :) A++++ studio!

I've been seeing Jason a couple of times per week since end of 2017. I can offer only praise for his professionalism, care, and enthusiasm to help me get to my goals. His facility is well equipped, very well maintained and very convenient. The most important aspect of his style is he tailors the workout to my skill level and goals. He also FULLY understands the value and necessity of mobility work and this is a focus at the beginning and end of every work out. I've had personal trainers off and on for 10+ years and Jason is one of the best for sure. Thank you sir!

Jason is awesome! He has a great demeanor for those of us getting our bodies back to fitness. He has a background in health and wellness which give him amazing knowledge and understanding of human performance. Keeping the workout varied and at my level of intensity, he pushed the perfect amount, and encouraged me when i wanted to quit. Great experience- thanks Jason!

I wasn't always into fitness. I'd come up with the best excuses to not go and even when I was at the gym, I would just lounge around and act like I was working out. Then I met you. I decided I would not invest in new bags, shoes, make up or clothes and I set aside my money to train with the best trainer and that's Jason. Thanks for the motivation inspiration and drive.

Great workout Facility on Mercer Island. I consider myself somewhat fit, though I have several injuries. Working out in group settings involves making modifications. Jason is a great coach and continues to teach me how to get the same results with modified techniques, while keeping up the intensity that provides the positive changes. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great workout, positive group setting, and personalized training.
