Local gym offering personal /small group instruction in holistic, functional circuit training. At our mighty micro-gym we view exercise as a ritual of self maintenance. We offer classes 6 days a week, up to 3 classes a day and open studio times 7 days a week to help you on your path to optimal fitness.

With focus and dedication you will improve strength, stamina, balance, coordination and mobility. RetroFit: Holistic, functional circuit training building a comprehensive athletic foundation. BodyMind Calisthenics: Fluid sequential movements rooted in vinyasa yoga and blending soft martial arts. Both classes are offered in-house and online.

Travis is an outstanding individual with a extensive background in wellness and personal training across various disciplines. The space is welcoming and well-appointed with a multitude of equipment smartly-arranged to give a sense of openness to the gym.

I love this place; it feels like working in a nice garage with friends. It's the only place I've been able to maintain a gym routine; maybe because of the litany of funny jokes Travis is always throwing out.

I'm torn about this place. The workouts are absolutely incredible...challenging, fun, and intense. But the people were unwelcoming (at least to me) and so I found myself always having to weigh the quality of the workout against the uncomfortable social climate. The latter won out.

Retrofit classes are just what I was looking for, and Travis is an excellent instructor! He balances every workout across muscle groups and provides great feedback to keep everyone improving every class, regardless of ability. I have never failed to leave a class smiling and sweating.

Travis Boothe is a terrific trainer. He offers his skills and insights both through individual training sessions and in every class he teaches. He is alert to each participant's body position and movement dynamics. Travis is an accomplished yoga teacher, weight trainer, Tango instructor and mixed martial artist; and he brings this personal experience and his knowledge of these movement systems to his daily 'RetroFit' and 'Yoga Athletic' classes. I've worked out with Travis for four years and continue to look forward to every session. They are fun, interesting and individually

I first encountered Travis looking for yoga teachers around my immediate area. Once I took his class, I was so impressed that I stuck with him. 4years later I am in the best shape of my life. Travis's philosophy on exercise and health is very wise and applicable. Since he opened GymSmithy, I now take his retro-fit classes as well as yoga. The Yoga classes have helped improve my balance, flexibility and strength. The retro fit classes have helped me build functional strength and improve my cardio. The combination has been impressive. Highly highly recommend this gym and/or private lessons

I've know Travis for years and attended his Yoga class regularly. I'd tried yoga on and off and really got the bug when attending Travis's class--just the right amount of fun, intensity and always a great workout. Now with GymSmithy Travis also offers a full body workout mixing weights, body weight exercises and cardio. For me the group energy and constantly varied workouts keep me interested and it's way more effective than anything I can make up on my own. If you want a guided workout and/or great yoga classes--with a great guy teaching--GymSmithy is the place.
