Our bellydance fitness class is a high energy cardio and aerobic workout that uses middle eastern dance movements to tone, build, and shape. You will learn to move, gyrate, shake and twist all while getting a weight reducing, tummy tuning, body shaping workout. Especially recommended for moms who want to regain their prenatal weight and figure!

The inspiration for the BellyHip program came when I gave birth in 2012 and gained over 30lbs as a result of the pregnancy - a great deal of weight to put on for a 5'6, small-framed Asian girl. To get back in shape, I started designing and using individual bellydance movements as the basis for my workout, many of which also helped tone the upper chest, stomach, and hip areas that had "expanded" during the pregnancy.
