The Wind Mitigation Inspection allows us to identify features of your home that will give you residual discount on your insurance premiums. Our goal is to maximize every discount that you deserve based on the construction of your home.

There are a couple different tests that are available that can give you information to help reduce the risk of elevated measures of mold in your home. The first option is a physical swab that can be retrieved when the mold is visually present. This can then be sent to the labs to identify the type of mold that was observed.

With the prospect of purchasing a home, I used Dream Protection Services for initial inspection before signing any kind of contract with the owner.They delivered a thorough, exhaustive report, extremely precise and well-documented. We used Dream Protection Home Inspection to do the inspection on our property in Cape Coral (before purchasing). They did a thorough report, however, as we have since discovered, their report was most likely a standard copy and paste. The amount of problems we have discovered on our property, that THEY should have picked up on, and cleared in their report, is astonishing.
If you want a property inspection company that does a thorough job, do not use Dream Protection Home Inspection.

I engaged Dream Protection Home Inspection to inspect a condominium I was buying at the Naples Lakes Golf community in Naples Florida. I engaged them to inspect the property and paid extra for separate additional reports on both mold and radon. The mold report indicated no evidence of mold in the property. The original inspection report indicated an elevated moisture reading in the corner of the kitchen pantry but failed to disclose a roof leak. The elevated moisture area ultimately represented a significant mold infestation in the pantry, and approximately 50 linear feet of drywall in the adjacent

I have used Dream Protection twice and both times the service was exceptional ‼️ In the residential market we barely get much time looking at the home on the first visit because there is a waiting line at the front door, it is great knowing that D P is right behind me finding things I missed . Outstanding service from the first contact. Reasonable price. This was an inspection of a home we are buying. We were not present. This was an in depth look at the home in and out. We've been down this road before. These folks are good to their word, and also provided a detailed report, pictures, and recommendations within a day of geingbthere. Great job. I am very pleased with our home inspection. Scheduling was very efficient, they worked with our schedule and confirmed with us multiple times leading up to our day. The-service on the phone was friendly and professional. Our inspector, Hernan, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He provided us with a very detailed report and thorough summary at the end of the inspection. He walked us around the home and pointed our his observations, and stayed afterwards to answer some of our questions. The report was emailed to me shortly after inspection day, and was user friendly, easy to use and download
