We purchased a house through them and very bad experience with the entire process and closure.
We didn't get keys on time, extra month rent wasn't payed, house was handed with garbage all over. Seller was at home instead of vacating after escrow closure, tress-passing...too scary...realtor and his friend (may be partner) told we have to wait and we don't have any options rather than supporting/helping us....

Heman has helped me and my family out a few times. He is the best at what he does. He helped us from losing our home and then made magic happen by getting us into another home on a large lot.

I met Ali Qureshi at his open house and was instantly impressed by his professionalism, local market knowledge and his pricing strategy. During this first encounter, I decided to list my condo with Ali. Ali came to my house and showed me comps of nearby sale and helped me price my house. I wish i could give a 10 Star to Gurbinder Singh & Jennifer Wills. Gurbinder helped me get out from under a $90,000.00 second. I was able to settle with the lender for $7,000 plus. I have been underwater on this loan, it was a second with 9.5% interest. I only wanted to drop my interest and Gurbinder told me to go with a settlement. I am so grateful to this man and Jen assisted him. They are both professionals and are the nicest people to work with. We have decided when the time is right we will have him sell our properties. It was such a huge relief I was so happy I cry every time I think

I just closed on a home with New Cal, and can could not be happier with my experience with them. They are the most professional and knowledgeable agent in the Bay area! "One of the WORST realtor Mr. Ali Qureshi with New Cal Realty"
I wish I could rate Mr. Ali Qureshi a 5 star and agree to most of the comments below..But I can't lie.
I will be honest our beginning with Mr. Ali was on similar notes. He was knowledgeable and professional however he couldn't wear this mask for long.
After almost 2 months of home search with Mr. Ali ( In which He was hardly available..and If he was..only At his own convenience) Mr. Ali comes with following lame and highly unprofessional behavior.
He was Arrogant, Rude and most Inconsiderate realtor we ever
