Serenity Inn

They do not clean the rooms at all. There was so much dust under the beds There was cat fur I'm the sheets. So I do not believe we had clean sheets. We are so stuffed up and can hardly breath now. Looking underneath the beds it look like they haven't slept in over a month it was literally the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. My son's socks were black from walking on their floor. Also We had 5 rooms. We booked in advance to make sure we could all be together. We made that known and they still separated us. We did not know that until we had already gotten there. They are a per friendly hotel

Staff was amazing. The manager prefers to treat her staff as friends instead of staff so they can get along better. It seems to be working great! Great customer service, freshly cleaned room! Amazing deal! And for a jacuzzi it was one of the QUIETEST jacuzzis I’ve had in a hotel. The mattress was quite comfy. Absolutely happy with this hotel!

Nice updated rooms and friendly staff. Gives military discount ,must show military ID. Can't hear other guests in rooms surrounding you. Not alot of traffic and pretty quiet.

Front desk Toni was so cheerful and helpful and our room was clean and attractive all at a great rate and will stay here again especially if Toni is still there.... Thanks see you next year

We got this room it looked amazing. We kept getting bit to realize there is bed bugs. Called the health department they are suppose to inspect. Ended up having to get another hotel room at midnight.

I would never stay here again. The floors were dirty , spiderwebs, hair in the bath tub. The beds were cheap and hard. We heard dogs barking till at least 11:00 P. M . That was when I finally was able to fall asleep listening to them bark, after traveling we was not happy. The air conditioner/ heater sounds like a dieing freight train! The electrical outlets did not work on one wall that our bed was on i had my phone plugged into charger all night and didn't charge, this was when I found out none of them work at all. Refrigerator was broke in our second room , which was exactly the same condition

We stayed here one week right after Labor Day weekend. The place is not the best but let’s agree we paid a bargain price. In fact, I’ve never paid so little anywhere in the world. All staff was friendly and we enjoyed grabbing coffee, juices, and toasts in the morning. Again, place is basic and everything is on budget. You have to match your expectations to price you pay.
The only inconvenience we had is that there is a door with neighbor room and you could hear everything on the other side.

I stayed from Monday till Friday. Thursday, after complaining, I got clean wash cloth, towels, trash can emptied, beds made. Even though I put a note up to clean my room, it never got done. I would get to the motel at 8pm, the office was closed at 7pm, no way of getting anything done or telling anyone. They would not answer the phone after 7pm. They charge you to clean your room, but didn't do it. They blame it on Covid, but the other places I stay cleaned my room everyday.

They really saved our vacation after our original hotel turned out to be a bust. We showed up and they were so so so sweet and helpful. It was the manager I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet. And the room was spotless and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and perfect. The pool was clean and the perfect temp. Will definitely be returning for our next trip there.

Amazing customer service with Toni and a relaxing place to stay. I got a King room for 4 days and 3 nights and it was fantastic for the price. The room was incredibly clean and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The only complaints that I have is with the shower head. It didn’t work very well because it was so old. It’s just a simple thing to fix to make the guests stay a little more pleasant. Another thing to be warned of before staying is that you can hear everything that it going on in the room above you. You can’t hear the ones next to you but the ceiling is very thin if you
