Staff don't always wear masks or they are worn incorrectly. The wearing of masks of residents are not enforced when they are outside of their room. It is a safety issue and will not slow the spread of COVID.

How fitting that a Healthcare company accuse my senator of "socialist" actions by Nancy Pelosi. They have no idea what socialism is, or how to benefit anyone but their shareholders.

An awful place to work. Please don’t post “call corporate compliance phone number “. That’s a joke they won’t callback and they take the negative reviews down. Please don’t bring your loved ones here. It’s fully staffed by agency employees. I had to give them a star to leave this review. Otherwise I wouldn’t give them any.

Very unprofessional place to work. The Corporate Compliance number is worthless due to poor follow up. That number was put in place to distract you into thinking they care . That's why they are a mostly staffed by agency.

I had a loved one at Bryn Mawr Extended Care,, Roee the Director was my go to person when I needed help. Sometimes when I would visit I would see him deliver lunch trays and interact with residents. He had a great sense of humor.. my love one called him boss man… most of the staff Deborah and nurses were very kind to her.., I realize things r never perfect but all in all they care and have a very difficult job especially with Covid .. Now my love one has recently passed peacefully and they seemed genuinely compassionate, and expressed their condolences..,

My husband is in Caring Heights and has been left for hours in his own bowel movement. His nurse left at shift change without cleaning him. Next shift changed him. I am filing a complaint against the home and corporate.

I love my job, Saber is as good as any other company that has owned our facility. I would like to make a little more. Money. They just remodeled our building, it is very nice. More modern looking. I work in activities. Working at Mt City is like any other job, you have to be willing to work and follow the rules and regulations. Long term healthcare is different in that it is more regulated because we take care of people.

This review is for the Chatham, Virginia Saber Healthcare Center. My dad has been a resident at two Saber Healthcare centers. The first 8 months he was at the first one they gave him great care but then began having several staffing changes and that is when everything changed for the worse. My dad has severe congestive heart failure and began gaining 1, 2, 3 pounds a day which was fluid. I called the nurse and was told they would contact their doctor. I waited two days and he continued to gain weight so I called again and was told the same thing. Two more days passed and he continued to gain weight

I work for Saber. I have always been impressed with the Resident Focus first approach of this organization. This Corona crisis has just been the test of that focus. They have absolutely exceeded all my hopes.
This organization, from the owner down, has been working non stop to provide us with everything we need to protect our staff and residents. It has been an amazing effort to ensure we have the PPE and appropriate cleaning supplies. No one has gone without. I am grateful to work with sincere and dedicated people!

My family had to make a challenging decision last year and place my grandparents in one of their homes, Bath Manor, to be specific. The experience has been wonderful and after what seemed like a struggle, something we are so happy with. The staff--administrators, nurses, and all others there, are amazing and caring and my grandparents seem happier than before. Lots of TLC and activities and the food is excellent. Kudos to Saber for all they do and taking care of their people.
