Senior Home Share is a great place to work with a friendly Administration and always caring Caregivers! I had spinal surgery a short while ago. My mother who is 87 and has Dementia lived with me. I am no longer able to take care of her physically due to my neck and back problems. It was a hard decision to make to find another living situation for Mom.

This company has a good reputation throughout Virginia and holds themselves to the highest of standards in order to offer the very best care to their clients and families. They make meaningful connections and contributions throughout the community. You will never meet another business owner like Mrs. Fox. She makes herself available for her clients, their families, and employees, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you receive care from this company or work for this company you will be blessed.

This company is definitely not a company you want caring for your loved ones . They leave patients unattended when there is supposed to be a caregiver in home . Medication issues people handling medications that should not be . Many cover ups for employees by bosses who are best friends after medication issue happen .Anytime you try and let them know of an issue they brush it under the rug ,

I was impressed and happy for a job interview for this company's new office in Wytheville. I was told I was one of I believe 14 in the running for office manager. I was very happy and impressed when the interviewer said they were making decision end of following week and wood called everyone either way. To let us know. Again that impressed me. BUT that was about 5 weeks ago still waiting for that phone call so not as impressed as I thought.

There is a great site that will calculate prices for care across the country, by state or zip code, it gives your local largest city cost of care as well as outlying regions in your state. It also allows you to see several levels of care, from in-home, to assisted living, or by… monthly or daily pricing.
That said, experience is very important, and people will pay more for a caregiver with better experience than a newbie companion caregiver. Most people understand that agencies charge A LOT, and pay the caregivers less than half. Most families are more than happy to pay $18-$25 because they
