In the course of buying 2 different homes and selling 1 we have been incredibly pleased with our experience at Elliott Realty. We have worked with just about every member of the team through our different real estate transactions and everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Patty in particular has always gone above and beyond to answer all questions we have and make sure we are fully comfortable with every step in the process. In the process of selling our home we initially listed our home FSBO, we were presented an offer from the owner of Elliot realty and negotiated an excepted offer. The offer was contingent upon the sellers listing and selling their home. Elliot realty had an couple come through an open house on the buyers home and ended up negotiating a deal with the buyer of our home and the interested buyers of their home to do a home swap and falsely backed out of our deal. To make a long story shorter the owner of Elliott’s husband wrote an offer on our home a few months later and after believing in good faith

I have been in our new home for almost 2 weeks now. They also have sold my childhood home at lightning fast speed!
