I bought my house with Whitney and sold it with both Ben and Whitney. They are very communicative and quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. Urban Acres is a wonderful real-estate agency with many hard-working agents that work tirelessly to help make your experience as a first-time home buyer or seller a memorable one. Chris Campbell, Polly Riggan, Chelsey Riggan-Kuepker are just a few of the names that come to mind. Chris Campbell specifically sold me my first home several years ago and we made such an impact on her that she left us with a gift card for our fixer-upper and wrote a very sweet letter telling us that because of us she decided to let her son have a credit card (that made us feel great!).

We are selling our own home, because we'd rather do the work ourselves. We had a showing scheduled with one of their agents, Tia and after making the needed arrangements for it (making sure dogs were on a walk, kids were out, canceling plans for the showing, etc) Tia was a no-show, no-call. When she was finally reached she said her clients canceled yesterday and she forgot to call us. I would suggest against doing business with somebody disrespectful like this. Plenty of other great real estate agents in the area if you choose to go through one.
