Beware of this husband wife realtor, once you register them as your realtor to the seller their work is done. 3 percent is all that matters to them
They never accompanied me to any property visit and even not replied any email, messages, calls
If you try to get any information on buy or sell process they will point to 45 min recorded presentation of theirs
Their radio show is serious joke where wife pretends to be customer and ask silly questions to husband, lol

ZERO stars for this couple. Haughty people who simply don't like being asked many questions and being asked to rationalize their acts and costs ...super unhappy with them after spinning so many cycles and giving business before . I would not recommend them at all to anyone !

Sharing my experience with Amit Inamdar and Renuka Inamdar

These guys are fraud and would give all false information and misguidance , even they will offer you rebate which you will end up loosing

Though i went as a buyer, all through (so called) "power hour with Amit Inamdar" (as they advt on radio), they tried to power me up to go for million dollar property that i clearly said no.I went to Amit Inamdar since radio advertise said he is certified negotiator , and I dont even got a dime negotiated , neither rebate.
They again and again try to sell mortgage product which i was not interested
