Awesome place to take you kids to learn how to protect themselves from bullying from others in school. They learn lots of defensive moves and it boosts up there confidence. Mr. Dunbar is strict with his students academic grades. The only thing I am not satisfied is they have to many students and not enough helpers for the kids. My kids have been attending his classes for 3 years total.

My son has been going here for years and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Dunbar has turned him into a confident respectful little man. It's not just about the money here. Mr. Dunbar does regular grade checks too which is unbelievable because which coach cares about your kids grades. Give them a try it's not just for kids.

I signed up my daughter so she could gain self confidence. Coach Dunbar is my blessing! He has given her self confidence, and so much more. She believes in herself. I see how Coach Dunbar interacts with all the kids and he is GREAT! It's not about money at all to him. He goes out of his way and does grade checks on the kids. If there struggling in a subject. He brings in a tutor. You tell me what gym would do that!? He truly is an Amazing Man. Because the sparkle I see in my daughter now. That alone is a gift he has taught her. I've been training on and off at UBJJ with Rommel Dunbar for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it! I started bjj when I was 14 in the kids class and after taking a break came back when I was 19 and put into the adults class so I understand how both classes are conducted and I loved both of them!
In the kids class Dunbar normally has the kids warm up, teach them a new technique and then spar with each other. At all times I always felt comfortable and cared for! Dunbar does a good job of always making sure the kids are rolling(sparring) with someone of the same size or pretty safe

This studio has everything you need for self defense! Great for young kids and adults! It has a gym (free weights and mechanical), boxing ring, and Jiu Jitsu studio. I have four of my children training and myself under Mr. Rommel Dunbar, who has years of experience/knowledge in Jiu Jitsu and boxing. It is a tough regimen, but worthwhile for self defense. Incentives for students that receive good grades. Kids are taught respect and self discipline.

All three of my kids have trained under Mr. Dunbar. 2 when they were little and my oldest daughter trained for over 5 years. He has been an amazing support in her life as well as an awesome role model, coach, and instructor. She still seeks his guidance even now. She continued to train when she was home from collage and has since picked up training after graduating and retuning home. I am so thankful we found UBJJ when we did over 10 years ago. Mr Dunbar and his team have been a huge support this mom is forever grateful.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience dealing with the contract side of this business. As an active duty soldier I can be assigned to different locations at a moments notice. I was moved to a new location on short notice and requested to cancel. They refused to cancel my contract stating I needed to cancel in person. A little difficult to do once out of state. I continued to call over a period of two Months requesting to cancel with no help. I had to tell my bank to block transactions. UBJJ sent the account to collections. Very sad to have to experience this business this way as they try to teach

My son and I were looking for a jiu-jitsu facility where he can enroll closer to home. At first I had a difficult time finding UBJJ and after making a call the lady was able to guide me in a friendly and professional manner which I was very happy with. However when my son and I arrived to UBJJ it was as if no one there cared, I was not greeted. I stood in front of 3 female receptionist and they would not even say hi nor how can we help you. Two of the ladies were having a conversation while the other chewed gum and laughed, this is the worst customer service I've ever had in a place of respect

I've always had interest in taking Jiu-Jitsu, but it took me a while to give it a try. I was referred by a client of UBJJ to try out the class. I was nervous and not sure what to expect. I am pleased with my experience at UBJJ! What I like about UBJJ is that everyone is friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I LOVE the challenging conditioning, I love learning the technique, and I truly enjoy being around the UBJJ family. Mr. Dunbar is inspiring and I really enjoy his teaching style. DON'T SIGN UP HERE! especially with a contract when u have any issues. Do not give him your personal information he will use it against u fact he will not even give u a copy of your contact and tell that you CAN NOT CANCLE because the contact is non cancellable the bjj matt is to small with no proper ventilation he does not like if u ask to get water he believes watter is for washing cloths. u will often find some of his students teaching his class just please beware of joining his gym

They provide a great gym area with all your basic workout equipment needs such as dumbells, cardio machines and more! United bjj also has a great boxing program for kids and adults. It is a good way to have fun and get in shape! The brazilian jiu jitsu program is the best in the inland empire! My son studies Jiu_Jitsu at this location and Rommel Dunbar is a first rate old school instructor. He's good but not fanatical, he expects your kids to be disciplined and well behave. He checks on the kid's report cards to make sure they've been studying. Come in sick, he'll send you home. He treats it as a sport and encourages tournament fighting with all his pupils, it's part of adrenaline management training to make sure they can handle the stress of competition and life. The trophies on the ground tells you enough about the quality of his instructions.

This gym is great! Always has music playing, they have a good selection of cardio machines, weights and more.
The bathrooms are very clean and also include showers.
Gym membership is also very affordable. $17.50 a month.
