Services
We're excited to be able to provide an in person schedule, along with a hybrid option (one in person and one Zoom class) as well as Zoom only classes. We have the options that are right for your family. We've been adding classes! Check out our women's class and the teen class. Plus, we have classes earlier in the day - starting at 2:00 p.m. Plus we've added a ninja class, Wednesdays at 4:00.
You can reserve time on the heavy bags, use our equipment to work on punching drills with your family or you can practice kata and basics. It's also the perfect time to bring your weapons and get in a little extra practice. It's only $10 per student for an hour. Instructors are there to give you tips and provide a little extra coaching.
When emailing us please let us know if you're looking for yourself or a child, and if for your child(ren), please include their age and what you're looking for from training. We're on Hemlock between Indian and Heacock in the same shopping center as iHop and Floor and Decor. Just look for the blue karate sign and the big blue windows.
Our Little Ninja program, geared to students ages 5 and 6-years old, is action-packed with fun and important skills. Students train one or two times a week depending on their schedule and goals. Ninjas learn important skills that will last them a lifetime. Once they have mastered these skills they promote up to the karate program where they are on their path to black belt.
The Taylor Martial Arts karate program is designed to give children a head start in life by instilling a positive self image as well as an "I can do it!" TMA also places a strong emphasis on academic success recognizing academic achievement on an ongoing basis.

Our Stranger Danger & Bully Prevention Program offers an in-depth lesson in how to handle both predator situations as well as bullying in school, with a key component being how to defuse the situation in the school without your child raising a hand. Most importantly, it works! Not only do we want to help make your children strong, confident and respectful, it's important to us how they're doing in school.

If you are looking for a local karate dojo for your child(ten), I need to give a MASSIVE shout out/recommendation for Taylor Martial Arts. I truly cannot speak highly enough about our experience with them.
They so clearly care about the whole child, not just the physical. The instructors are compassionate, gentle, respectful, and fun. You can tell they are very adept at/versed in training children with a variety of special needs. They ask the parent from the get go what their specific goals are for their child and really focus on that. They use the child’s first name (instead of “ninja,”

My 5yr old started here a month ago and it’s been absolutely amazing. The sensei’s are so wonderful with the young kids and teach them so much! They take time with each child and I can’t even believe how they remember all these kids names so fast, lol. My child looks forward to going twice a week and earning his stripes! The class sizes during the weekdays aren’t very large usually anywhere from 10-15. If the classes on weekends get to large they split them in half and use both rooms. Wonderful dojo of your looking go check it out and try a class for your child!

I attended this dojo since I was 7 and received my junior black belt at the age of 17. It was the best decade of my life. The staff was amazing. Sensei Taylor was a wonderful instructor. I learned great discipline, safe awareness, & a TON of self-defense techniques. It was hard work, but a lot of fun!

By far my favorite place for martial arts my son loves it and enjoys it. The teachers are great and treat everyone equally. Although sometimes it’s best to come at least 5-10 min. early, the seats get filled pretty fast.

Hands down- the best dojo in the area. Sensei Taylor treats the kids like his own, and also has adult classes that offer great fitness and self defense opportunities. Great place, beats going to a gym and lifting weights!
