Unless you're a business ready to shell out serious money for some AC service skip this company. The first thing that should have alarmed me was the fact that when you call the business the person that answers the phone represents the businesses name as Germantown Heating and Air. I wonder why? Second, all of the positive reviews are from business owners; home owners are not a priority to this company. Third, I was led along as he lied about being able to make it out to replace my window unit. I realize that I'm just a lowly homeowner and I'm not that important to him but he didn
