Planning a funeral can be overwhelming, but you are not alone in this. We're here to support you throughout this journey and make this process one of love, healing, and life celebration. Below is some information to help you get started, but you can contact us at any time if you need help. When our services are needed, the nurse, hospice or family member will call our office and report the death.
We help you plan & understand the details of the memorial so you know exactly what to expect. We will help you complete the paperwork involved with the laws around scattering cremated remains at sea. From private chartered boats to a paddled out option, we can arrange to have a meal, music or even toast champagne.
Registering Your Wishes in advance is a way to document your cremation plans and intentions for your family. Giving them the peace of mind that comes with honoring your wishes is a tremendous gift. We are here to help you each step of the way as you lay out your wishes.

We really appreciate everyone at Pacific Cremation Services during a very emotional time. They were all so very kind and comforting. One thing I really appreciated is they always called my father by his name. To me that was the ultimate show of kindness. The professional care given every step of the way was so helpful. Every time an issue came up, they found a solution and kept the process moving along. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I decided to plan ahead in April of 2019. We both chose the same plan and signed up. Maureen was super helpful and we felt everything was well planned and in order. Three months later my husband got a diagnosis of Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and died 10 weeks later. I was so thankful that everything had been arranged ahead of time and Maureen and the staff at the mortuary (who came to take my husband's body to be cremated) were just wonderful. Highly recommend them! 10 Stars to this group. I never imagined that I would find myself writing a review for a Cremation Service. But alas, I recently lost a loved one who didn't make any death arrangements. Pacific Cremation answered my calls at all hours, weekends, nights and had all the answers. Their gentle customer service was so needed at such an awful time for my family. Maureen and Morena are professional, efficient and beyond sympathetic. The Covid-19 protocols for funeral/cremation gathering was awful, but they did their best to accommodate our needs. The O'Connor funeral home will get

So far so good! I haven't yet used their service as you can see, as I'm still around to write this review. The company sent me a nice package of information, and the representative seemed quite helpful. Costs were on the high side, but still within reason. I paid the $30 registration fee and am now filling out the simple questionnaire. An office visit will follow.
So far, all of my questions have been answered (unlike services I'd previously contacted).
More to follow. Maybe five stars is in the future. We'll see what happens. I was left with a feeling of positivity- in spirit

My father recently passed away and I was in charge of making his cremation arrangements, scattering of his ashes at sea and burial of his ashes out of state. I have never over seen such an important arrangement before. My family and I had numerous questions and concerns. Maureen and Leah were so very caring, compassionate and gracious. Losing a loved one is such a stressful, emotional time but Leah was so compassionate and kind through the whole difficult process. She was especially thoughtful and kind when dealing with our 13 year old granddaughter who lost her Dad. Leah was amazing, I can't imagine that experience going as smoothly or as compassionately without Leah's guidance.

When my Dad passed recently, Maureen Russo was an amazing help through the process.. Everything went smoothly, 100% compassionate and caring. Which is exactly what I needed at that time. My Dad was a vet, she arranged to have a US flag delivered to me for use in his burial. Warm and friendly group, just what you would hope for. Thanks guys!
