Our family funeral home located in beautiful San Clemente offers caring arrangements where we focus on helping the living successfully navigate that crucial time between the event of death and the onset of grief. The most important decision for people during this difficult time isn't burial or cremation, it is rather to fully understand how their choices impact the emotional, relational and spiritual well-being of those who have cared for, loved and shared life with their loved one.
Our mission is to take the mystery out of what to do when a loved one dies, and focus instead on how to maximize the benefits from each stage of the acute loss period so you can grieve, grow, heal and continue to love.

The Customer Service was horrible. We called 5 times for assistance and no one ever returned our call.
On the day of the burial they forgot to send the several hundred dollars worth of flowers we ordered up to the service so there were no flowers. Totally humiliating and once the service was over it was over there was nothing to be done.
They also did not send up the the prayer cards we ordered and paid for. Again, once the burial and memorial are over, you cannot go back and fix these lack of details.
They received the death certificates and for more than a week never notified us so with accounts

My stepdad passed away in 1998. I was with my mom to make the arrangements. She was informed she would receive veterans benefits towards his cremation and an American flag because he was in the army. My mom needed to present proof of his service which she did. Lesneski treated my mom with kindness and respect during a difficult time. Fast forward 20 years. My mom now has Alzheimer's and her care is very costly. I discovered she could receive survivor benefits to help with her care. Unfortunately my stepdad's service paperwork was lost. I spent several years trying to find it. Finally I gave up

Can not say enough good things about Lesneski and more specifically for Josh's attention to detail and compassion during an extremely difficult time for our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Josh for helping to guide us in putting together a beautiful service/celebration of life for our Mom.

I have email proof of this mortuary telling my family we can cremate my brother. I have email proof of LIZZY making an appointment with me for 11am and when I showed up she had set me up, lied to police saying I threatened her and staff which she has no proof of. I stated I would be coming down to collect my $6000 cash THAT I PAID TO LESNESKI NOT MY SISTER!!!!! THIS MORTUARY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ME!!!! I have caught this woman in SO MANY LIES it's ridiculous!!!! Don't know why she just can't move on!!
They have breached our signed agreement that said my brother would arrive to the cemetary

My family has utilized Lesneski Mortuary three times over the past several years. The most current time was for my father. This was the first time I was involved with planning a funeral, and was a bit overwhelmed. My brother and I worked with Josh on the service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making sure we were taken care of in our grief, as well as understanding in the process and paperwork involved when a loved one passes. Josh made himself available to answer questions whenever we had them, and checked in with us during the process leading up to the service. The day of, he made
