They cast a rose ring for me in gold. They shipped it via UPS. When I received it, I found out that the rose was tilted with respect to the ring shank. Not only is their work sloppy, they don't have any quality control. When I complained to Nick, he became arrogant and started to blame me. I sent him the evidence in form of pictures and also got an independent assessment from a jeweler. Obviously, they don't care about their customers. I recommend to stay clear from this business.

Last year I have to quit with a job because they said a pick up date and it wasn't on time.This year I thought that if a try maybe get a different result .You know what. Same thing. Those guys don't have respect for costumers.Am pretty sure not to be the only one. I lost the costumer because of this awful store.Watch out guys
