CSA weights each of the BASICs safety violations for drivers and carriers based on severity. These severity weight "points" range from 1 to 10 with least serious violations rated a 1. Points get closer to 10 as they get more severe. Note that individual drivers do not receive any kind of "rating", but their points contribute to their carrier's CSA score.

I hired CDL for my traffic citations and the consultant i was talking with had no issues getting my credit card information but did such a poor job of communicating and they came back asking for additional funds to even process my citation since they could not find a lawyer. Their customer service agents are not trained well they make promises they cannot keep and just by calling them for their services you are going to be charged $40.So BEWARE before reaching out to them. I got a speeding ticket out of my home state and a guy I work with gave me their number. I called and they got me all set up with a lawyer in the county and state I got the ticket in. I spoke with the lawyer and everything was a go. CDL Consultants called me a month or so later and my lawyer had passed away. They were Johnny on the spot got me set up with another lawyer at no extra charge and the lawyer took care of everything no ticket ony record and what I liked the most was any questions I'd call and they got right back 2 me with the answer and they stayed in touch with me from start to finish

I have sent numerous tickets my drivers received to CDL Consultants. All but one have had a dismissal or reduction but once in awhile the attorney doesnt get so lucky with the court. They were in constant contact and provided help whenever me or my drivers needed and even filed a dispute with the FMCSA for the tickets that had roadside inspections. I will not send my crew anywhere else!

SCAM!!! Stay away from them! They say they have a network of attorneys nationwide to represent you and refuse to give you any idea on who is going to represent you. Ok I get it get my money, open Google and call some local attorneys... But they don't even do that! They take your money then tell you they found you a lawyer but he asked for more money, if you refuse to pay (since it's not what you agreed on in the beginning), they will feed you promises all the way to your deadline. Then you'll end up paying whatever Court order and you'll never get refound from them. If you did

On 04/23/2020, I contacted CDL Consulting in order to get them to help with my husbands traffic infractions. I paid $850 over the phone. This morning on 04/27/2020 at 7:56AM, I received a text message notifying me of the assigned attorney to this case. This attorney specializes in Bankruptcy, has several disciplinary actions by a state licensing authority (had his attorney license suspended and had been reprimanded on two separate occasions), has a 1 star AVVO rating and multiple negative reviews. Reached out to CDL Consultants to assist with a ticket. They ensured me they had representation in the area I needed. One day prior to the court date, I was notified they don't have anyone and the fee would be an additional $400.
We mutually agreed (Agnes the manager and I) on a refund would be issued due to inability to provide services. She explained refunds are issued/ approved on Saturday's. I've patiently waited 6 Saturday's and have yet to receive a refund.

This is the second time using cdl consultants first was a 1100 dollar bust plus 395 so 1400 after being told the success rates in that city were good. This second time I was in a one lane due to construction going 60 the posted speed limit. As traveling the rate of traffic a cop was in between some construction vehicles not moving and decided to pull me over no one else even that I wasn't speeding. Officer said I was to change lanes or slow down to 20 under the speed limit when I was in a single lane and no other vehicle had slowed down. Anyways ticket was 280 I paid 395 again for the GREAT

This consultant group is a bunch of bottom dwellers. They scam you for the 395.00 and you end up with the same results period. I was in Iowa bobtail made a illegal u turn. Was cited ticket was 190.00 and 2 points. My driver's license is clean but I figured I didn't need two points so I hired the Consulting Group. They then put me in touch with the attorney who said this ticket could not be broke down at all in court and just bought me some time now I end up paying almost $600 for $190 ticket with still get the two points. Horrible company. Just read the reviews. First of all you shouldn't accept any money until you have a lawyer available. I spoke to the ticket clinic and they said we don't accept payment until we have an attorney. I called them and they said they had an attorney. No problem. They didnt jave an attorney and called me at 630 in the morning the day of court to say that. They refunded me 495. I paid them 550. But I will get all of my money back. I'm starting with the BBB and I will be contacting every agency that I can with interest added. SCAM. STAY AWAY. TICKET CLINIC HAS PROFESSIONALS

Horrible organization. They were not able to manage my case but they did not tell me from the beginning. I got a partial refund but I insisted that it was not fair so I got all the money back EXCEPT FOR 10% FEES THEY KEPT for no reasons. I'm a CDL driver, received my first speeding citation or any citation period. Googled them and called them for services, representative said oh yeah this is a simple case! Easy win case since your record is clean and it's just a simple speeding ticket no other violations the case should be successful easily. Our attorneys have a very high success rate! The most ridiculous service we ever had to deal with. Charging credit cards without consents, increasing attorney fees 2 days prior to court date, putting us in a situation where we have to pay the difference to them for another attorney. Cheap excuses such as attorneys passing away, refusing to give us the name of the attorney and not taking responsibility for having the driver's CDL suspended due to their negligence. DO NOT USE!
