Built-Up Roofing consists of several layers of roofing materials or single ply fiber glass and risen bonded together with hot asphalt or ballasted asphalt. The amount and types of materials used varies depending on specifications. For example a built-up roofing system is often referred to as tar and gravel roofs.
Elastomeric Roof coating is water proofing sealant is for roofing repair on on flat roofs and metal roofing. Furthermore this energy efficient sealant repairs, water proofs and restores roofing and is cost effective. Specifically is used on seams, around HVAC systems, drains, exposed ducts, sunlight's, pooling areas.
Modified granular roofing is a membrane style commercial roofing system that has been used for over 50 years. It consists of asphalt and has plastic or rubber-based polymer binders to increase its durability. Modified granular roofing has a modified bitumen membrane. Sometimes hot asphalt is for sealing this material.
Commercial metal standing seam roofing is for roofing applications in buildings. For example it is a commonly used roofing solution that is available in heavy gauge panels. Namely to help increase this roofing solution's durability. Metal roofing systems typically consist of concealed or exposed fastener systems and rely on concealed metal clips attached to the structure.
