Vegetative roofs are characterized by their style first and then by installation method.
Educating our customers on what's available to them is important to us. The more our customers know the better they can tell us what they need. Generally, roof systems are separated into two (2) categories, Low Slope and Steep Slope. Low Slope systems are exactly as they sound, systems installed on a low slope (slope of 2/12 or less).

WARNING!!!!! Needed storm damage repair to my family home. Requested estimates from several roofing companies. Never heard from this company, at first...another roofing company did give me a fair estimate and performed a timely, well done repair. Three days after the repair was done, Hertless sent an estimator to my home. He took three pictures (poor quality for certain in two of three pics. The third pic accurately showed NO damaged shingles) and they actually emailed me an estimate for repair of "missing shingles to the front and rear of the roof on my two story home. ***THE ESTIMATE AND PICTURES

I was driving by the heartless brothers shop (or what I thought was the shop) and heard time yelling at employee, I only heard a name, Dylan. However, I don't think a boss should be yelling and cursing at an employee. It had me in shock, I had to park at the wawa next door.
I could not hire them. Please consider this when hiring them, the boss does not respect their employees.

I’m very happy with Hertless Brothers. I called literally 9 different roofers two days ago and 3 said they were too busy to fix a leak, one guy said he’d call us yesterday and stop by but we never got a call, and 4 places said they would have an estimator call me and I’ve not yet gotten a call from a single one.
When I called Hertless Brothers the lady said they were also very busy and I explained (as I had tried to do with all the others) that I didn’t think it would be a big job as the roof was fairly new. She was actually willing to listen which I can’t say for many of the others
