Always There Home Health Care provided us with the best live-in person we could have ever found for our Dad. She was warm, caring, and loving to him and the rest of our family. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helpful in our times of need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Always There Home Health Care to any family who needed help caring for a loved one.

They are very unprofessional. Very!!!! I have been waiting close to 2 months for an aide for my mother and still have not gotten even a courtesy call from anyone. I called twice and both times I was told that the nurse would call me back and never did. I had to take time off of work to care for my mother after a surgery she had and when I called the insurance they hadn’t even put in a request for an authorization. No one knows anything and they are rude.

The person who answers the phone, Ellen, is incredibly rude. I feel bad, but this is no way to represent an organization or treat clients. Very unprofessional.
